Edible Arrangements

I didn’t have any issues placing my order online. I called and asked if they could complete my order ahead of time and they were able to accommodate that. When I arrived to pick it up, it was ready and there was no wait at all. I didn’t eat any but my coworkers said the fruits were fresh and it was good.

There was a mistake with my order Valentine’s Day but the owner called and rectified the issue the next morning. He was very pleasant and provided great customer service.

A very sweet young woman came to my door with a great, big smile! She handed me the fruit box and said I’ve got more! Thank you for doing such a good job can’t wait to dive in.🥰

Excited about the location being under new ownership, love how the new smoothies are now attached to the menu. If you close by, you should go in and get the grab and go treats.

My husband set up a Mother’s Day delivery unfortunately it wasn’t able to be delivered. Spoke with Tiffany the store manager at the Corporate Blvd location and she immediately was ready to assist us with a refund. Thank you so much Tiffany for processing the refund and taking responsibility. Let’s all take a step back and understand they are trying their best to accommodate us during a pandemic. Yes I was upset at first but it’s soo much more we could be upset about. Thank you guys for attempting to serve us.

Great experience here!!! First off, I missed my delivery call so I came up to the store to see if I could just pick it up, they were sooo accommodating and went over and beyond to make sure I got my order! I appreciate this experience so much more because I could see how busy they were as it’s only a couple days after valentines! Great customer service!!

I ordered something to be delivered the same day and got it delivered within 3 hours. (Not during a major holiday) I can't stick up for their delivery times during a major holiday, but if you are ordering something for someone on their birthday/anniversary, I would say that the delivery time is reasonable! The fruit was of good quality, and the recipient enjoyed it. Thank yall again!

Absolutely amazing service for a last minute order. So friendly and and made the most beautiful arrangement for the birth of our first grandchild!

I was so happy to call and speak with Auddi(Kaylee) to fill my order. She was very professional and kind. Everything went perfectly. She even researched the address that I had to make sure it was going to the correct place. The address was not a typical address. Thank you so much Auddi! You made my day and the recipient's day!

I did not order from this location, but I had to call this store to speak with a manager that could handle an issue I had with the Seigen location. Keara (I apologize if I’m butchering the spelling) assisted me over the phone. She was very helpful and got my issue resolved to my satisfaction in a timely manner. I appreciate her patience and assistance.

I love this place and will definitely be ordering form then again soon. They have the freshest fruit and great tasting chocolate. I also loved how great the manager was. It is nice to get this type of service right now.

Very beautiful arrangement with fresh fruit that tasted sweet, not sour (like sometimes fruit can.) Very happy with my gift, and I'll probably be giving one as a gift pretty soon!!
