First time eating here today and I could not have been more impressed. Mrs. Cynthia was so welcoming. I had the hamburger steak, mashed potatoes, collards, yams and cornbread. Everything was absolutely delicious. Definitely want to come back and try the fried fish!

This place has such a welcoming ambiance. Reminds me of going to a family reunion. So much history is steeped in this space. The food is Amazing and heartfelt. Owen's makes the best yams and Cornbread Dressing (my faves) but the whole menu is a delight. The Owner is so sweet and is a Matriarch of the community.

So friendly is the astompere which is important to me,
everyone is kind every time I go there for lunch. The turkey wings and the cornbread dressing are the best.

Fried fish, burgers and po-boys with soul food sides, breakfast too! This historic location and family have served the community for generations and are sure to please...

I ordered from Owens for my Birthday meal. I first picked Chimes for yesterday but decided not to. When l saw Owens potato salad is available for me today. I picked Owens for my birthday meal.
