I would like to express my gratitude to cashier (Renita), customer service(Cheryl) and flooring department(Andre) for providing good service. They provided a very professional service.

Store is always clean. They do treat you like your stealing at the self checkout in the last year something changed and a new woman is there that makes the transaction seem a little rude. I go to the self checkout for a reason, usually it is faster, I don't double scan things and I can bag it the way I'd like, but not anymore. Also the electric wire they now lock it up and will take it to the register for you which is pretty dumb.
Let's say even a 100ft section of wire is $250.
It is as big as a trashcan lid , but 50lb more. I get they don't want it stolen but there are much smaller things that cost just as much that are not locked up. Such as the circut breakers DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE WIRE,, as small as a pack of cards , aka pocket size.. this is one of many things , but overall good location.Where doooers get more done or something like that is what they say.

Needed some tools picked quickly for an online order so a buddy of mine could walk into the store and pick them up on a dime, due to my vehicle being broken down.

Cheryl at customer service made sure the order was picked very quickly in order to have it ready. Thanks Cheryl for making it happen so fast and thank you Garrett for picking the items. Great customer service!

As a contractor, Home Depot is a necessity. What is also a necessity is having access to knowledgeable employees who truly want to help. This is not the case as often as would be preferred. However this visit, yesterday was amazing! I was trying to solve a job site problem of mitre saw debris. Employee Neels saw me walking from aisle to aisle and asked if he could help. He went way above and beyond to ensure I had the best solution possible from Home Depot and himself. I truly appreciate his effort and he made my Trip this time to Home Depot this time memorable and worth while. Thank you Neels!

It's one of the few Home Depots I've ever visited where you don't have to look for an associate for help. They were everywhere working and getting things done, plus very friendly and helpful. Unlike all the Home Depots I've visited in my home city of Houston, TX. The ones in Houston, you can never find anyone to help, and when you do, they're rude. But this Home Depot in Upper Marlboro, MD, AMAZING customer service and very clean.

Arrived at this location after leaving the Lowes in Bowie where I waited 20 minutes for noone to show to assist in the packaged wire. Went into home depot expecting to wait at least 5 to 10 minutes. Made contact with an associate who put out the announcement and by the time I walked back to the aisle the associate was there to assist. Thinking this was a one off I've gone back on multiple occasions and the same rings true. I've even had associates working in aisles with the forklifts who stop so I could get what I was looking for! Now that's customer service! Friendly staff and well organized! LOWES just lost one. Thanks Home Depot! Nothing worse then working on a project and needing that last part, waiting for hours and lose the initiative 👍🏾

So the hubster had a huge project in the house which meant SEVERAL trips to quite a few hardware/home improvement stores. After the 10th trip he says "you HAVE to review this Home Depot". Not quite as enthusiastic about a home depot as he was but I had to admit, this is the best in the DMV area. They are very well stock. The employees not only know what they are talking about, they seem to genuinely want to help you. The store is clean. Checkout is fast. I actually enjoyed hanging out with hubby at this home depot.

I live far from the store and it’s a god send to have them there this store has a large selection of everything I need and workers there where friendly..

Very busy, well stocked, employees were helpful and kept the long lines moving at checkout.

I was able to go in and buy a roll of screen and spline with my gift card. They had everything I needed. Check out was a breeze. Project screen replacement done!

I needed assistance with a project that I was working on and I was told to ask for the supervisor whose name was Truth. He went out of his way to make sure that I had everything that I needed for my project and even helped load it in my vehicle! He went above and beyond to assist me and he deserve a promotion for the wonderful customer service. Thanks Truth!😇

This Home Depot location is just like any other. Their online inventory is not always correct and many of my online orders have been canceled or reduced because of limited stock available. However! The staff has ALWAYS been super kind, going above and beyond the level of customer service so rarely seen nowadays. Special shout-out to Larry who recently assisted me in my request to extend the pick-up window of my online order. Another employee who has assisted me twice now, but unfortunately I do not know his name (I'm so sorry I cannot remember your name!), made sure our mulch order was properly loaded months ago and also assisted me in purchasing a Ryobi electric lawn mower that was locked up. He was an older gentleman who made sure both requests were satisfactorily fulfilled, even when the security keeper key could not be readily found. Truly a man who pushes himself inorder to deliver the BEST customer service and make sure every customer request is met, regardless of any extenuating circumstances. I really wish I knew his name and could include him personally in this review. I can only hope with the information I've provided, he can confidently stake his claim to this review as the one who made sure my purchases went off without a hitch. It's not often you stumble across EXECPTIONAL customer service nowadays. Like I said, all Home Depots are nearly identical, but this particular location excels in providing some of the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you, to all team members of the Upper Marlboro location, you truly make every one of my experiences here easy and enjoyable, regardless of unforseen difficulties. I am so ever thankful for every single worker here that I have met so far. Keep up the amazing and excellent work, every single one of you deserve a pay raise.

I was so impressed today! The outdoor area was so clean and tidy; everything in neat rows, all the plants and displays were organized an caught my eye. The staff was so eager to help me and my son. I am morbidly obese and disabled and fear going out in public because I am aware of how ppl stare at me. I got zero shade here. Everyone was so kind to me and went above and beyond to ensure a friendly demeanor. This will definitely be my go to store henceforth! Thank you especially to Angel, who helped check me out since I am not good with self check outs. God bless y'all!

This is a nice store. The employees are very helpful and go out of there way to make sure you find what you need. Customer service employees are also friendly and knowledgeable.

This location is calming, the staff is friendly and helpful. This store is very organized, has most everyday supplies. I usually find most items I'm looking for, the check out line moves perry fast and lots of parking spaces.

Like most Home Depot's the staff can help you find something but they typically don't know anything about home improvement supplies or projects. The Home Depot AP will actually tell you where to find products in the store so I guess the employees work on stocking the shelves. Many times I have noticed broken or damaged products mixed in with good ones, so be careful. I must say that customer return service is very good.

Kirk was very helpful measuring and cutting plywood for us and not only that he took the time to help me find the perfect plywood. If you need help and good service ask for kirk Bigspy. Thanks man

Brian and the associate at the tool rental desk we're do helpful. Brian even helped me fit a large machine to my vehicle after it didn't fit 😅

Picked up my online order today at 10:30. They man who helped me out was awesome! The terra cotta pots I bought were in great condition.

Kudos to 3 excellent associates in Upper Marlboro! Went there on a Tuesday night around 8:40 pm (closed at 9:00 pm) and got excellent service! I had 2 returns on 2 separate receipts. The young lady said, "I can refund both items at the same time." She was quick, courteous, and professional.

I went to hardware, and another female associate quickly paged for help for keys to be cut. The man came in around 2 minutes and made 2 keys for me. He asked if I needed anything else, which I did. He told me which isles I needed, even which side of the isles! That is what real customer service is. I wish every customer experience was this good! Again, Kudos to 3 excellent associates in Upper Marlboro!
