Friendly today, it is not every time but today the young lady was friendly and helpful. Always enjoy being able to sit outside in the sun to eat ice cream! Prices are still great.

They keep it a bit warm in here but I havent met a Sunday I didnt enjoy from this place. Everyone is always friendly and service is typically pretty fast.

Always good especially when no lines. Hard to mess up BR ice cream place was clean and helpful

Crazy flavors, favorite is Gold Medal Ribbon

My two sons and I went to the Baskin Robbins tonight to get their Flavor of The Month TWIX® Bars Ice Cream.

The middle-aged man who served us tried for about ten seconds to scoop the ice cream and then turned to us and said it is too hard and told us to choose another flavor.

One of my sons chose a scoop of Cookies and Cream with rainbow sprinkles. The middle aged man put the tiniest amount of sprinkles imagineable on his scoop of ice cream. My son asked for more sprinkles and the man signed loudly as if he was being difficult.

Do yourself a favor and don't go to the Mt. Airy Baskin Robbin where they treat people very rudely. Just across the street is a local ice cream stand where they are ultra-friendly and the ice cream is excellent.

Just left this place and will never go back. The girl behind the counter was nice, but the managers/owners are very rude. It was 10:20 pm and they made us leave. The website says closes at 11 pm, and they were telling me it closes it at 10: 30 pm. Either way there was still 10 min left, but they did not care. I would NOT recommend this Baskin-Robbins and and will take my business elsewhere!

Absolutely the worst customer service in the world. The kids working there messed up my order, went back to have it corrected and the kid wanted to debate! I told them what I ordered and she said thats what I gave you and when she looked at what I was returning she said "Oh" never apologized just remade my order and set it on the counter and walked away. I would rather walk barefoot over a football field covered in legos then spend money there again. AVOID THAT PLACE LIKE COVID-19!!!

Arrived at 2145. Greeted by being told I had less than 5 minutes until they closed (sign posted said 2200). My little brother orders a mint chocolate chip and is told he cannot have mint chocolate chip (even though you can clearly see the carton of it in the display) because it was brand new and they were saving it for tomorrow. Ridiculous. We were yelled at every minute until closing "4 minutes!" - "3 minutes!" etc. 6 of us entered the store wanting ice cream, but only 2 of us ended up getting anything.

one of the girls working tonight wasn't wearing a mask. she was standing very close with the other girls. the lack of concern for safety is astounding.
