Courtyard by Marriott Baton Rouge Downtown

This hotel was extremely cute. From the moment I arrived, the staff was very friendly. They gave exceptional customer service. The room was very clean and had all of the necessary items in it. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was in the ideal location to restaurants and shopping. Great for walking downtown. Definitely would stay again.

I had the pleasure of staying here for one week for a business trip! Outstanding staff, amazing fitness center, and comfortable rooms. Seems to be recently renovated and perfect walking distance from the main arena, dining, capital building and very close to the riverfront ! 11/10!

The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing. Very clean, updated and new rooms. Nice to be just above Starbucks and within easy walking distance to good restaurants.

Came into town for a LSU football game and was really pleased with the hotel. The valet guys were awesome. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Had a room with a balcony which was great for people watching late at night.

My first time to Baton Rogue and I selected the right hotel. From the moment we arrived the Valet greeted us with friendliness and a smile.
The two ladies working the front desk, arrived around 430pm, made me feel at home.
My room was very very clean and comfortable. I utilized the gym, nice for hotel gym the hotel was very clean.
For those coffee drinkers they have a Starbucks attached. I don't drink coffee so can't expound on that. The have a bar for drinks and food.

I stayed here for a week for work. I am an early riser so they always had my vehicle parked in the attorney parking area so all I had to do is pickup my keys and head out.

The staff is very nice. The rooms are modern. The shower is a little different since it does not have a door.

The management always places a priority on how guests experiences are and they are receptive to comments.

They are right in the heart of the downtown Baton Rouge weekend activities. So if you head to bed early to wake up really early, the weekends can be a little noisy from street parties.

I like that they have a microwave for warming up a quick breakfast before 5am.

I have stayed there 4 times, a week at a time each time, and was never late to work.

I will be staying there again.

A short walk from restaurants, local bars and the Mississippi River this Courtyard Marriott won't disappoint you. The brand always seems to deliver a consistent, quality experience. You'll always have a great bed, clean room, good sleep and a great staff.

Parking is off site and $10 per day and valet is $22 per day at the time of my visit. The staff had things dialed in and were all very pleasant.

This particular Courtyard also has a full Starbucks attached. Making an early mobile order very easy to run down, grab and be about your business.

Located right in downtown it is easy to navigate to and from for any local business you're doing. If you have Verizon, you won't have good cell reception.

We are attending a wedding in Baton Rouge and my spouse mistakenly canceled the wrong reservation. I spoke with John at reception and he fixed everything.

John was a pleasure to speak with and as Bonvoy members we appreciate the outstanding service when staying at a Marriott property. John is a great asset to the front reception desk.

The rooms were clean and smelled clean as we came in. The bathrooms appeared to be recently remodeled. The only downside is that it's a walk in shower and we have a baby, so bathing her was a challenge. It was a great location. We went to The Vintage for dinner and in the morning staff helped me locate a great place for breakfast - Milfreds. Speaking of the staff... I've never felt so welcomed and seen such helpful staff at a hotel before. This was a great team and worth visiting again.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ate at the bar area. Best French fries we've ever had. Only complaint is off site parking and you have to pay for parking.

Highly recommend this location/hotel! Quick, fast check in. The hotel was well maintained, super clean inside and in my room (420). Free parking is not available, however, there is nearby parking for $15 or valet parking for $20(same parking lot as self parking). The hotel staff were friendly, they made me feel welcomed and happy to support/assist me. Wonderful city views from my balcony, walking distance to bars, restaurants, river walk, church, monuments, great sightseeing too! There is also a bar, Starbucks and restaurant inside the hotel.

I was intown for one night for my notary exam that was the following evening, but the room was great, the showers were AMAZING very relaxing. I couldnt ask for a better relaxing night.

Very clean and nice hotel, it is downtown so you can walk to many restaurants and attractions in the area. It has a Starbucks in the lobby and valet parking to make it easy. The rooms were comfy and the bathroom was nice. Would definitely stay again when traveling through.

Awesome experience! Super friendly and helpful staff, extremely clean in common areas and rooms, good value and prime location downtown next to the river. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Delicious food at the bistro bar in the lobby. Adjacent to a Starbucks and a downtown grocery store to get anything you may need. I will definitely come back

I booked a room here for the weekend. I was welcomed by the front desk staff. I got up to my room and was very pleased. It was cozy, clean, and spacious with an outside balcony! For breakfast I dined in at the hotel Bistro. I ordered their 'eggs your way.' The food tasted AMAZING! They also have a gym if you are looking to stay fit while out of town. I will definitely be back!

Great downtown hotel. Book a room with a balcony so you can enjoy the nice weather pending the season. Great staff but unfortunately the Bistro does not have consistent hours of food offerings. There is a Starbucks attached to the hotel but you can't charge to your room there.

This place knocks it out of the park every time I stay here!! The staff is AMAZING...from the housekeeping, to the front desk. No request is too small, or insignificant. They truly deliver on customer service, and your Valet team is second to none! Clean rooms, comfortable accommodations, and awesome food and drinks! Need a room in this area...this would ALWAYS be my first choice!!

A beautiful and clean hotel located downtown is perfect for business or pleasure! The staff has been very friendly and accommodating from every department, the front desk, bistro, valet, The Bistro, and housekeepers! This has been great especially since I have been staying here on a business trip for a week!

The only con so far is that they could possibly use one more employee at The Bistro! When one person is cooking food in the back there is no one upfront to take your order until they are done and make their way to the front again but they are usually pretty quick!

Loving my stay!!! I’m here for a dream teacher convention!! Two employees blew me away. Emily at the front desk made us feel like family and trying to connect with my young son!!
Blake the manager at the valet parking, made sure I made it to my destination and actually delivered me to the front door!!! They have went above and beyond to make my stay great!!! All the employees have been great!!! Thank you so much!!!

We loved staying here! GREAT LOCATION & within walking distance to a lot of things. A starbucks is on the same block. They have a nice bar. The rooms were very clean and the hotel is well maintained. Everyone there was super friendly.
