I stopped in for some jalapeno poppers and was informed they had $5 burgers so I got both. Both were amazing. The two guys in the bar area were really friendly and made me feel at ease. I'll have to stop in again for drinks this time. The guys were pretty handsome too so that's a bonus.

I've been there on several occasions and always had a great experience. Best bands, drinks are always good ( can't go wrong with on the rocks). Crowd is friendly and diverse. I guess my only thing would be leaving a tap open. When I went to close out it took quite a few minutes to locate my card.

Update: This place is under new ownership. The review below was for the old owners. I'm not sure how this place is now.

Have been going for many years. The owners treat the patrons like welcomed friends, and even playfully rib even the newbies like they're a part of the "family". They are extremely charitable, known for hosting silent auctions and benefits. They even have customer appreciation and customer Christmas. I don't personally drink, so I have no opinion on what the drinks are like, but I do enjoy the late night fare of burgers, cheese sticks and chicken tenders. It's nice to go somewhere like Cheers, where everybody knows your name. :)

Nice easy mixed crowd... Live band fun and entertainment.... Update.. turnt all the way up now... Straight black club and it's bumping.. beautiful women everywhere. It's on and popping!

From the moment you step through the door you are tramsported back in time when gas cost $.99 per gallon and a convincingly faithful reincarnation of the Black Crows tears it up on the stage. Friendly smiles from the patrons and bigger smiles from the wait staff welcome you with open arms as you make your way around the bar to take a seat and enjoy the show. By the time your ass hits the stool the band has transitioned into Led Zepplin's Rock 'N' Roll. Never before has a person felt such euphoric satisfaction at 2am when you dance that inevitable last call song, Barry White's 'Can't Get Enough of Your Love'. Great people, great drinks, and great live music...that's the soul of the Cadillac. If you visit one bar in Baton Rouge, you would be making a grave mistake if it's not the Caddy.

Been customer over 20 years! Hardest working bar owner I have ever known staff keeps bar flowing, only issue I see is bar owner working hard as her workers.
YOU NEED TO COME AND HAVE FUN.

Always great, always fun, owners are interactive and the crowd is mixed. Recommend it for anyone. I started going in my early 20's and it's still a great place at 30!

Always fun to get out and have a blast on the dance floor. Especially when there is a live band! This is one of my favorite places! Awesome!

Nice people, recently changed the layout of the bar and it's much easier to move around in. Love the people. The dj and bands that play are always great.

My friend and I went last night for the first time. We had so much fun. I danced the night away. Staff very friendly.
