Have been here a few times and each time everyone has gone above and beyond. The first time I came right as someone was locking the door. I turned to leave and he waved me in. There was a problem with my prescription and everyone was so kind and patient while they waited for it to come through. Highly recommend

The big chain pharmacies always make you wait for your prescription, even if you phone it in the day before, just so they don't lose money filling something that you might not pick up after all. Not Bolton's. They fill your prescription right away when you phone it in, and it's there waiting for you when you arrive. The staff is always friendly and courteous too, and the same people have been working there for years, so I always feel like family there. Support your local small businesses and shop at Boltons.

Excellent service and they didn't belittle me because of the medication I'm prescribed. Each person I interacted with was cordial and professional. I will gladly give them my business in the future and refer them to friends and family. Thank you!
Edit: I want to add that my prescription was filled the quickest I have ever experienced. Maybe they read the review from 4 months ago that complained about slow service and are now working harder to remedy that.If so,another reason to commend them.

I love that I can wait a few minutes for a prescription to be filled instead of being told to come back HOURS later (like the big chains do!) Great, personable service. They always advise if a prescription cost will be unusually high and make sure I have a clear understanding of how to take my meds before leaving. Highly recommend!
