my #1 goto since the 90s. incredibly tasty fried chicken and bomb crawfish. u can also get a fried corndog if you wanna see what LSU fans allegedly smell like, but dont forget to ask for da mustard. james is a stand up fellow and has kept the store open in hard times, and the crew keeps the place clean—including the single bathroom, and we hundred oakers appreciate that forever ofc!!! expect the standard selection of packaged american quick stop food & drank, and some local liquors. oh and they finally added a btc atm 🥰 love this store!!! <3ax

At 4pm the fried fish and fried chicken were decent. Light batter on both, and properly seasoned. I bit off of the fish prior to the photo. I would like to try it straight out of the cooker. Still worth getting!! Not greasy! I will definitely get it again! The cracklings were good also. Check out the cuts.

Friendly staff and the boiled crawfish there is great! Was skeptical going in and getting boiled crawfish from a corner store but they were delicious! Went back the next day and got more!

Awesome home cooked food, in season - best crawfish in town, various selection of fine wines, great service and last but not least, best friends & the best neighbors anyone could ask for!!!

Have quite the variety of wines, actually, amongst other beverages, like beer. There is also a variety of snacks if you find yourself hungry. It's convenient to say the least, and I usually stop by since it's in proximity. I suggest stopping by here if you haven't yet.
