Spoke with Nicole right before Christmas for probably an hour and Brittany today for quite a while.

Both of them were very nice and patient even though I must have asked a million questions.

On the questions they couldn't help with (due to not being able to see on their screen all information Billing department can see) Brittany got me connected to Billing and I got everything straightened out.

I can't imagine having these calls all the time but she was so patient!

The Representatives in my own experience are thoughtful and overly knowledgeable. They don’t hesitate to reach out at any opportunity to improve your coverage and or save you considerable money. I have been a customer with group for sometime and even during the most hectic times for their business, they manage to provide a calm and comforting presence. I couldn’t be happier with the service I receive.

Had a claim of a broken A/C on a 95 deg F day...called the 800# and could not believe how fast, easy, and responsive they were. LITERALLY had my money to fix in less than 24 hours! Nationwide has always been there for me and I could not be more satisfied. Anytime I call the office the staff is helpful, pleasant, responsive, and always goes above and beyond to help!

2/10: Broke down with a transmission failure on the side of the road. The agency picked up immediately and ensured I was safe and ok. Then proceeded to help me get my car to the right place and all is taken care of. Thanks for the great response and caring nature.

We have every one of our insurance policies with the CRIG. Brittany Parker goes above and beyond with any need we have. They are always courteous, professional and timely. Ethan Hamby has also been very helpful and has stepped in on different occasions to assist us when needed. I would definitely recommend for all of your insurance needs.

The staff has always been there when I needed them .
They always keep me up-to-date about new insurance policy I may need.
And they treat me like I am there only customer when I have a problem.
I was with State Farm for twenty five years and every year they seem to not care about me as a customer will never go back.
I now have a better coverage at a better price and there very nice.

I have received great customer service from Brian and others here for many years. I have car. motorcycle, homeowners and an umbrella policy with this agency. The value of the accessibility , friendliness, responsiveness and overall customer service either through text or face-to-face at any time is extremely valuable to me. I’d much rather do business with these folks than talk to people I don’t know on the phone. It might be possible to go to other places and save a few dollars (or maybe not) but it’s not worth it in the long run. When stopping by the office, Bryan has dropped what he’s doing to take care of something for me. This agency will do the same for you.

Whether it’s to file a claim, updating our plan with a new vehicle, etc. she clearly explains our options and helps us get the best rate and services possible. Also, their staff has always been super friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
