Ive lived and traveled all over the world. Have eaten in tons of 5 star restaurants just saying this Chicken Marsalis is by far the best comfort food Ive here in Asheville . So good, thanks for being amazing!

I love this place. Small and cozy. Great drink selection. Jay,the bartender, is always switching up the beer menu with the best local drinks.
They have music and entertainment most evenings. If you're hungry you can order great food from the Local joint next door!

As much as I want to keep this gem all to myself, it just isn't right not to sing its praises. Fives stars across the board! The atmosphere, food, and service are superb. And, if you're a music lover, they're always having bands play. Do yourself a favor and go have a pint or two. Cheers!!

First time visiting here. It was a really great atmosphere and the food was really good!! As you know, I'm gluten-free, had the spinach chicken salad, and I didn't get sick!! They have a band most Tuesday nights, and they were really good!! Good friends and great music!! Go! Enjoy!!

My wife, son and I, was passing through on our way to Gatlinburg and my wife being pregnant was very nauseous and i informed the waitress my wife needed fries and they made them fresh and brought them out to the car within 3 minites! The fries were made perfectly and my wife felt way better after eating! Thank you Lisa for rushing my wife the fries!

Go here! Great music, friendly people, adorable bar tender ( Jay the miracle man), good food. This is my go to place and it’s always fun and the music is almost always terrific.

A great little joint in the heart of Fairview! The staff are all super friendly and provide great service… and you can order local food! The music was terrific. So grateful to have this little place right in the neighborhood.

I absolutely adore this place. It's worth the drive from anywhere for the quality of the music and atmosphere. I understand the food is the absolute best as well. (My current dietary restrictions don't allow me to partake as yet...)

Friday night... best fish and chips in Asheville! All they need to make theirs authentic to the British version is mushy peas.

We go there for the music. It's very small with limited seating, friendly, good music, and close to home. If you live in Fairview, it's a nice place for good music and hometown hospitality!

Been here several times and it's always been fun.
Same great food that's served at Local Joint but wayyy better service. Sat at Local Joint for 15 minutes and no one came to the table so we came to the Joint Next Door instead. We were taken care of in under five minutes. True industry professionals. Will return. Great draft selection: good mix of local brews and variety by style.

I've only been a few times to visit a friend when he played there. But I had a great time every time. If you are there late and not sure about eating a full meal you should just ask about the cake selection. Came is made local and really good for a late night snack. :)

Great food! Awesome music! I've enjoyed their Brussel Sprouts Fries, hummus plate with pita bread & veggies. I've had an Entree plate of salmon, which was very good.
