Jack in the Box

The service here has really been a lot better the past couple of times I have visited which is surprising for a fast food joint in the area, so it is a welcome surprise. The fries have been fresh and hot plus the staff have been super friendly and don't rush you or act like you are an inconvenience. Keep up the good work Jack In The Box and give the employees here a raise so you don't lose them!

I absolutely love Jack In The Box! It's the closest one to home for me (PLEASE COME TO CENTRAL OR SOUTHEAST VA!). Every time I'm home in NC, I make it a point to stop at the Concord or Conover location. Jack In The Box consistently delivers on food quality, atmosphere, customer service, and friendliness. I'll always come back.

Best damn drive thru service I have ever received from anywhere. This lady was on point about my order. Repeated at speaker and at window. Asked if I needed ketchup or anything. Best I’ve ever experienced. This woman needs a raise. Very professional

There was 2 ladies working by them self. For the night. Where I have grown accustomed to bad attitudes and complete ignorance. These two where amazing! Very friendly and polite. These two should definitely be praised. as for any person in the fast food industry These should be who you aim to be!

The size of the egg rolls are larger and I prefer the smaller ones. They have a better flavor.

The food and tacos here is very delicious and the staff is friendly. I would definitely recommend getting the tacos that are 2 for $1.19, because they are so good and they’re a great deal. They have good stuff inside the tacos, and they are perfect the way they are. We are always happy when we get them. I would definitely recommend coming here and getting the tacos, because you want be disappointed.

Fantastic in terms of fast-food. Still has your typical fast-food feel but the flavors are definitely bolder than other places that start with an M ...

Excellent service! We had a very large late night order. The gentleman was patient as we made our order. When we pulled up to the window we realized there was only two people working in there, they did their best flinging burgers, piles of fries, curly fries, chicken tenders, drinks and tiny tacos. Thank you Jack in the Box!!

I go here to pick up Uber eats deliverys mostly, but will grab myself something occasionally. . They're always respectful, pleasant, and very fast concidering the amount of people working there. Food always taste so good. Especially them chicken nuggets are bangin man.

We love to find a Jack In The Box! The mini tacos aren't fancy but they hit the spot. Prices have gone up but that's to be expected. Food was cooked fresh and we enjoyed it.

Today was my first time getting food from here the coffee was absolutely delicious the customer service was excellent and the food was really good it was real egg with my sausage biscuit and my biscuit was soft I really enjoyed it what I remember most the customer service I received the young woman had a beautiful rose tattoo with a pedal that was falling off she was kind set a smile I really like to personality I will return to Jack in The box I thoroughly enjoyed everything.

The burgers we had were delicious. Other members of the family had the tacos and chicken tenders. Everything tasted great, came out hot, and the fries were super!! My daughter has to eat gluten free and they fixed her food special for her with no questions and no attitude!! They service was super friendly and fun. We had a Great time there!!!! 💙

Shout out to the manager of this Jack in the Box. Holding it down and providing service and food for every customer by herself. People need to support management and get to work.
