Very nice laundry room!!! Always clean and staff is always nice and helpful!! It does take coins only! Also, you have a beautiful veiw while you fold your laundry! 😊

This laundry place is really nice. It is super clean and the washing and dryer machines are top quality and fully functioning. I highly recommend coming here.

This is a small but clean laundromat. There was plenty of parking near the door which was a plus. The workers are friendly and told me the best way to wash my rugs. The machines were newer and worked well. The prices were similar to other places I’ve been. I would come again.

I really like this laundromat.. it's not the most updated laundromat, but it is clean, the machines function, it's not too pricey, and people from a broad swath of society go there. I never find that it is way too busy and there is always at least one or two people there. There is staff there during the day and they are quite helpful and have security cameras. There are community postings and they set out clothing and food items at times for folks in need. I met the owner about two years ago working inside and he was a retired Marine that was quite nice and concerned also about his fellow man. This is the type of place you want to give business to.. a real part of the community. If you need your clothes washed.. I recommend this business. They also have washing services by the pound during business hours. This is my own opinion and they earned this good review.

Clean and organized place with excellent management. I was greeted and helped by Kate. This place is set up with much thought. Everything from recycling bins for everything to quality machines that get the job done right and quickly.

Had a chance to visit a year later now and received the same stellar service. In fact, they even came and picked up laundry and dropped it off!

Best coin laundry in NC. Do it yourself or drop off for a small fee and they will do it for you.

I absolutely appreciate the aspect that it is open 24/7. Place stays rather clean.

No one wants to spend time doing laundry. But if you have to...the is a good place to do it. Plenty of machines, well kept and clean. If my laundry room is ever out of commission again or if I have an over flow of laundry, this is where I will go. They do wash and fold for you too if you don't want to do your own.

We are from Weaverville and don't come to Black Mountain very often. We happen to be finishing up a job out here tonight so I decided to bring our laundry (after noticing we would be working in the same shopping center as Black Mt Coin Laundry). I'm so glad I did! THIS LAUNDROMAT IS FABULOUS! It's incredibly clean, possibly the cleanest laundromat on the planet. The machines are EXCELLENT, INEXPENSIVE, and BRAND NEW. It's open 24 HOURS TOO! The parking lot and laundromat are well lit, and in a safe area. I will definitely be coming back anytime I need a laundromat and am within an hour drive of Black Mt. My name is Tina sister and I just bought a house in Marion anyway I will drive the 25 minutes to this establishment every time. The machines are great really rinse wash and spin them out. The dryers are really hot. The staff Julie is fantastic. I am now a customer always. Great place

I love this place. Machines are clean and nice, staff are all friendly and helpful.

The 3 or 4 times I've been there has been good. The attendants are super nice. The place is ALWAYS clean. The a/c is real cold. There's a good amount of seating. 3 or 4 folding tables & plenty of carts to put clothes in. I would recommend it.

Our washer went out recently and We have been going to the black mountain coin laundry. I am giving this place 5 stars because nobody ever bothers me there and there are usually washer's available.

Several years ago, I had a bad experience but went back recently. The machines were upgraded and the facility very clean. The staff actually told me the better sized machines for the bedding I had. I don't know if they are under new management or what, but it is much nicer now.

The lady that works there was super helpful. The washers are newest models and wash fast. I had one load and was in and out in 45 minutes!!!

Clean, new machines, well lit, everything you want in a coin laundry. The owner Kim was onsite and very attentive.

Basically the only 24 hour coin laundry that's *actually* open 24 hours, within a great distance. Generally clean, VERY reasonably priced laundry service, decently inexpensive machines. Also they actually have a change machine, which is kind of a rarity around here (?) for some reason?

Generally clean, but at one point had visible fleas on their cloth chairs - dealt with promptly, and I understand it's not their fault, but it was still gross and left an impression on me.

Can't speak to how it is during the day, but it's a *very* comfortable place to do laundry at night.

They're always nice here. The dryers are quick, so I guess I love that part, but honestly what's to love about laundry? I guess the fact they make it quick and painless. This place is super clean though, so that's a bonus😊 Parking is ample and a few doors down is some delicious pizza. Not a bad experience, I guess.
