Beth and the team at Big Rock are wonderful. I consulted with Beth for granite in my kitchen, and she was well informed, genuinely interested in helping me, and just a great conversationalist. When I was ready for installation, we met again to make sure we were on the same page with everything, Jamey came out and templated, and a few days later I had countertops! They are exactly as I wanted them, the seam at the sink is flawless and hard to notice. The installation guys were friendly and obviously take pride in their job. I am beyond happy with my counters and Big Rock.

I had Granite counter-tops installed in the kitchen and bathrooms and cannot say enough with how pleased I am with the finished products. They look amazing! With regards to price, Big Rock’s product is very fairly priced. Jamie and Beth, the owners of Big Rock, are just great people to work with. They go the extra mile to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. All facets of the company are outstanding. From the quality of product used, to the craftsmanship employed, or to the installation were all impressive, worry-free, and unsurpassed by others. I highly recommend Big Rock. They were beyond amazing! We had originally started planning granite for the kitchen and bathroom with a company in Goldsboro. It was awful. They didn't return calls, we're more than am hour late for our first meeting and were really unhelpful, but we were on a deadline and needed to have countertops.

At the last minute, after numerous problems with the other company, we called Big Rock and they went above and beyond any expectations we had. They met with me on a Sunday (when they were supposed to be closed), came and measured the very next day and granite was installed 2 days after that. Right after they left, we had a tiny issue of angles and they literally turned right around and came back and it was after 7 that night. If you are trying to decide on a company, you don't need to look any farther. The wonderful lady that met with me worked with our budget, and didn't seem to mind that I had my daughter (who was going through the terrible twos at the time) with me.

Honestly, I can't think of a single thing they could improve on. 10 stars!!

I usually make an appointment with my salesman to go in and pick granite or quartz, however I was on a tight deadline so I decided to just drop in.
My salesperson was not in but the receptionist got Jeff to help me. Jeff is so patient, knowledgeable and nice!
I was SO grateful for him.

Big Rock measured for a kitchen over three weeks ago and told our customer that they had enough granite to do her kitchen. They came back out and made the template a week later. They called me less than a week before the installation date and said that they didn't have enough granite to do the job unless we modified the bar in the kitchen. Beth at Big Rock literally told me that I had two minutes to make a decision because they needed to start cutting the job that very second. Beth also thought they were installing the same granite in two bathrooms despite multiple conversations and text messages that stated one bathroom was getting granite and one was getting quartz. We stopped by their office to ask them to please attempt to make this right for our customer because it is very bad business to call someone less than a week before installation and announce you don't have enough materials to do the job despite having measured for it on two separate occasions. When I told Beth that it was bad business to treat customers in this manner she went crazy. She started yelling at us and told us "I don't need people bothering me and getting in my face first thing on a Monday morning." When I asked her why she was yelling at us she started wagging her finger in our faces and she told us to get out of her business or she was going to call the cops. Keep in mind, she had our customer's money for this job and she is telling us off and throwing us out of the building because we wanted to find a resolution for our customer, due to their mistake. We never once raised our voices at this woman, we just wanted to figure out how to make this right for our customer. Twice during her rant she informed my husband that he was parked in her parking space, lol. She had the nerve to call our customer after we left and tell her that they could proceed with the job without us being involved. Our customer declined, of course. It's a real shame that she treats people in this manner because her husband is a very likable person and we have enjoyed doing business with him in the past. After talking to other contractors and granite places in the area we found out that this is not the first time something like this has happened with her.
