Came in for Brad's nails. You don't know what this is. Don't worry until today. I have 0 idea what Brad's nails were. There are different sizes 5/8s 9/16s staples that go in an electric staples gun now, you know. As soon as I walked in, I asked for help. 5 seconds later, I was being led to the aisle where they were he stayed with me until I found what I was looking for. It's hard for my dad to get out sometimes, so I go for him he's military vet sometimes clerks give me a hard time when I show them the military ID response, that's not you! I know, but today in Lowes home improvement, not a question or look just a smile and have a good day. And I can say today they deserve 6 🌟 I was there yesterday for 3 or 4 particular items. First, a certain specialty nail. It's hard to explain, I will just show a photo of it. Next, plastic razor blades, which I had (0) idea they made something like that. Every decent wire brush I've used has had an( old-school ) wooden handle. I found one with a pretty cool yellow synthetic with a rubber grip. I had to ask for help to find every item. As usual, she had no hesitation and stayed with me until it was located the item.

I didnt catch her name. But the lady that helped me in the paint department Oct. 10th was amazing. I have no idea about paint and she matched it perfectly! Not to mention i was in and out in less that five minutes. Above and beyond impressed with her customer service!

We went to our local Lowe's Home Improvement store in Morehead City, NC. We are updating and remodeling our home and needed a"certain" style front door and back, which I had been looking for. Mr. Charlie Piner greeted us down the (doors) aisle. He is well known by my husband and myself. He was VERY knowledgeable, FRIENDLY, understanding, and patient with us. He, not only, found the exact door I wanted, but helped me with the accessories (door knobs, locks, etc) I wanted and needed to match my design and vision for our "new" home!!!! We were both VERY satisfied with Mr. Piners help and expertise and prompt attention to the details I envisioned for our home! We'll definitely continue shopping locally and with "our" Lowes Store!!!!!!

Cape Carteret Lowe's is filled with awesome folks who want to help you find what you're looking for. Love this place.

The flooring department is first class in customer service. I have worked with Jessica twice now and the next time I or a family member needs flooring you can bet that I will be going to Lowe’s in Morehead city. Jessica thank you for helping my sister out with her flooring problem. I hope your manager recognizes how valuable you are to your department. Thank you.

Easy stroll to pick items desired. Staff available for questions, if need be. $ reasonable for today's world

Very clean store. Staff willing to help in every way. Mangers always helping alongside to make things easier. Store Manger Chad is amazing. Very helpful

While visiting a friend nearby I needed some plumbing fittings to hook up a new sink to old polybutylene gray pipe. Dennis was extremely helpful 10 minutes before the store closed.

Today picked up clothesline and purchased scroll saw blades plenty of projects to do.. Not enough time to doing it.! GottaLuvIt.!

Everyone knows what Lowe's Home Improvement stores are and what they sell. This review is for the Lowe's in Morehead City, NC. The one thing that sets this store apart from others I have visited is the people. The employees at this Lowe's are friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. They go above and beyond.
I've spent a lot of time (and money!!) here, primarily in the garden center. The plants are healthy and lovely. Often I order items online for pickup at the store. Every person I interact with has been great. I actually look forward to shopping there.

Everything we needed! Our Lowe’s App helped us find odds and ends in the store without having to ask 10 associates. And I like the maritime theme on the way to the bathroom 🙃

Monday, 19 June 2023. We’re building a new home and we are shopping for appliances. It can be an ordeal a pleasant one or nightmare. Fortunately, for us in Lowe’s home improvement, Morehead city, North Carolina a young man walked up to us by the name of Kenneth Cook and said, may I help you? It turned out to be a very pleasant day. Kenny helped us in selecting all appliances for the kitchen (stove, top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We also selected a new washer and dryer) bathroom hardware and toilets, we completed our shopping list that day.
Kenny was extremely helpful very knowledgeable and I don’t think we could’ve completed our list without him. It’s gonna be a $15,000 purchase. Kenny needs to be employee of the month.

This store has whatever your heart wants. I was looking for hunting stand and Lowes website showed they sold them so I was like ok probably ship to house. NOPE, in stock in the store.

Clean store. Got help right away. The first person did not know exactly where the item I was looking for, but she was able to point me in the right area. The second person to help me knew where the item was. He was able to show me the different types and I was able to get in and out of the store. Took less then fifteen minutes. Good service here.

I want to write my appreciation for an associate, Victor, who works in the paint department at Lowe’s in Morehead City. I brought my daughter to buy paint a while back for a birdhouse we built. Victor was very professional and knowledgeable, but he also took the time to talk to my daughter about the birdhouse and the paint. He talked her through the process of mixing paint color, which she was very excited about. Victor went above and beyond providing excellent customer service. I hope we get to see him again soon.

We were at Lowe’s Morehead City Nothing but Excellent Customer Service from Devin. He helped load our shopping cart with lumber then later he seen us looking at Mortar mix he said how many bags do you need? We told him he loaded them and said when you check out I’ll come and load it. Yes indeed he came out with a buddy and loaded our materials. 10* for Devin and his coworker.

Last week I was in the appliance department for parts for my stove. Kayla Cast "Sales Specialist", approached me to offer help. She was so cheerful and helpful it definitely made for a pleasant experience. She definitely understands what customer service is all about. Thank you Miss. Kayla.

I am always treated well here and there seems to be more of a focus on proper staffing levels in comparison to other Lowes stores that I have frequented in other geographic locations.

I absolutely LOVE lowes. I'm a frequent do 8t yourselfer and they are always knowledgeable and helpful. In the last year, we have had to replace every single appliance in my home (HVAC, washer, dryer, dishwasher, range, and refrigerator, as well as three doors, 800 square feet of flooring, tiles for kitchen and fireplace and kitchen, paving bricks as well as a LOT of paint). I have NEVER had a problem with them. They have always been so helpful and their installation/delivery is awesome. After the hurricane we had to get a LOT of things (siding is on the need to still get list). MISS Lisa in customer services, Julie in flooring, (pretty much all the flooring people), are amazing. Things have been pretty overwhelming after this hurricane. They were even able to point me in the right direction for work on my house that is "too small" for any of the contractors that I have asked for help from to work on. I'm so grateful to LOWEs in Morehead city NC. They are amazing. Just look at my beautiful tile :D

I wanted to reach out to Lowes to tell them about a recent experience. My Mother had lost her heat and AC, as well as her generator after Hurricane Florence in 2018. A new Generac generator was purchased and installed by Lowes of Morehead City, NC at this time. This winter my 90 yr old Mother had an experience with her power going off, and the generator, according to her did not run the heat. I reached out to the Name on the card with the persons information that had sold it and installed it for her, and instead of that person, whom’s name was on the card, I got “Zack Husek”on the line! He explained that he had taken this job, and the previous person no longer worked there. That was fortunately my lucky day! Zack was very kind. It was during the holidays, and he was very patient, and asked me to send him pictures to help him trouble shoot my problem. It took us a couple conversations, but he kept helping me. It turned out that the system was hooked up and working, much to my relief. But, then I felt like I had bothered him with a problem that wasn’t a real problem. That’s when he did something rare and special in these times. He did and said everything he could to make me feel better. If you need a generator, and personal service! I strongly suggest you purchase it from Lowes in Morehead, and have “Zach” install it. I hope I get to meet this fine young man someday when I finely purchase our own Generac. And to the Manager of Lowe’s of Morehead City N.C.. You’ve got a great employee, I’d definitely do what I could to make sure he stays around! Again, thank you Zach! Donna
