Crystal Coast Oceanfront Hotel

Beautiful decorative rooms with tile floors and views of the ocean and the sky that you’ll never forget!! My balcony was my favorite place to be.

Onsite amenities include hotel restaurant and bar, jacuzzi, outdoor lounge for relaxing and/or sunbathing, AND beach access!!!!

Plus there’s stores and restaurants within a 5 minute drive.

I loved my stay and really needed the time alone for healing purposes- this hotel gave me the experience I needed.

We were blown away by how close this hotel is to the ocean and how every room is oceanfront with a balcony! All of the staff ( especially Felicia and Lynn at the front desk) were so courteous and helpful. We loved the modern decor and all the amenities this hotel had to offer. Breakfast from the Clamdigger restaurant was delicious with very generous portions. We had a great stay and will be back. In fact, we like it so much that we have booked another trip right after Labor Day. Can't wait!

This is a beautiful place, private beach access, tiki bar, pool, lots of lounge areas outdoors some covered and some not. They are way friendly and ó here and always cleaning..very clean and nice rooms. The beds are out of this world comfortable. Came down for a couple nights for my dad's birthday and we are really enjoying it here. I would give this place ten stars if I could. There was a small issue for my father and the manager took great care of him and made some really nice arrangements for him..she was great! If you have a chance you should definitely visit. There's a restaurant with pretty decent food here and a gym and hot tub. The amenities are great..there are beach towels if you forget yours and good wifi. The rooms seem to be pretty soundproof which is nice. I don't want to hear other guests while I'm trying to sleep so that's fantastic. I can't say enough good things about it..will update if anything changes before we leave.

I'm glad someone stays open during the holidays so we can celebrate our anniversary. We had a slight mishap the first night when I could not get any hot water in the shower. Apparently, you have to turn the hot water on in the sink and shower and leave it on for 20 minutes before it will get hot. Before I learned this, I endured the coldest shower I've had in more than 50 years, going back to my first winter field shower in the Army.

Have been coming here for years and seen a lot of changes. The rooms are nice and updated. A few of the little touches were missing that we were used to such as hand soap at the sink, bags for dirty clothes and a hair dryer. Called for a hair dryer and was told that they did not have a spare. Had I known I would have brought one from home. These are not very significant things, but for the amount of money that is spent to stay, it would seem that you should have access to these little things. Would this stop me from coming back...no. We always enjoy the oceanfront rooms and having a restaurant available is convenient. Although, we did not eat at the restaurant this trip. The live music by the pool/bar was fun.

Thank you to staff for being available and happy to help, even during a tropical storm. Rooms are clean and updated. The pool and hot tub are excellent and maintenance staff are diligent. Enjoyed our time visiting from Colorado. Thank you!!!

Looks to be an older place that was renovated and now looks and feels great. It has a restaurant on site and dinner was very good. There is a beach bar next to the pool that serves drinks, and when I visited they were made right with a lot of alcohol. Rooms have small balconies facing the ocean and the view is great. There is direct beach access and chairs and covered sitting areas are provided for guests. There is a work out room as well. It's basically all inclusive and is perfect for a long weekend away from work or with the family. You can basically park your vehicle and stay in one spot if you wanted. I'd definitely recommend and will likely return. My only gripe is that the beds are a bit too firm, but that's more of a personal preference than anything else.

14SEPT.2023 Beautiful location and lovely rooms. Front desk was always polite, nice, and professional. The floors gathers a bit of finite sand and you should definitely wear your flip flops 🩴 throughout the room. Every room has a beachfront view. Love the balcony and the beach furniture on it.

The room has a dorm size fridge(holds 6-8 wine bottles), Kcup coffee maker, and microwave and flat screen tv. Hair dryer, resort size soap and lotion by the sink. All shower bottles were stocked as well as the towels.

Turndown(housekeeping)service was super proficient and polite. We needed more towels for the room and we let front desk know. When we returned from the beach, the entire bathroom was cleaned and restocked.

The pool and the hot tub are well maintained. It is so beautiful at night with the lights on. There is a small gathering area to the right before you enter into the gated pool and hot tub.

The beach is beautiful during the night and early morning. My mate and I had the best time ever.

We just needed a lil romance and this just sparked it back up! So glad we used this time to live in the moment. Room was great. Amenities were great!!! I wanted crab legs and was able to get them without leaving the hotel which is a super plus for me!!! The location to everything is amazing!!!! Better experience EVERY TIME we come here! Thanks

Loved this place. The views were stunning. I could have sat on that balcony watching the waves for the whole vacation and that would have been ok with me. The room was perfect with the exception of the TV not working but I never even bothered to call down because we didn't need it. The beds were nice and comfy and big 9/10. The pool was nice, well kept up and super clean. The beach access was beautiful and well maintained. This could easily be our new favorite place. Plenty to do in the area but not so bogged down with traffic and travelers that it was a hindrance.

This was the best place for a long overdue vacation. The desk staff, the pool bar staff and the housekeeping staff were super friendly. They remembered our names and were very patient with our handicap accommodation requests. We will definitely be back! The view is very pleasant and the noise was minimal. Pool towels, popcorn, coffee, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, shampoo, conditioner and body wash was included! Thank you for helping our 1st family vacation be a success!

This is our "go to place" when we need some beach time. All the rooms face the ocean. We always enjoy our stay here. Great breakfast and good dinners in the in- house restaurant. Close to numerous attractions.

Our choice to stay at the Inn at Pine Knoll Shores couldn't have been a more perfect place for a beach getaway to celebrate my wife's birthday. Settled on the 4th floor, our room had a stunning ocean view with a great balcony overlooking the pool area with live entertainment – an ideal setting for reading or just watching the ocean while enjoying the sunset. The beach offered a quiet and serene escape.

The room décor was great and the beds were very comfortable. I have to mention the friendly and helpful staff. Their hard work and attentiveness added to our enjoyment. This recommendation comes with utmost enthusiasm, not just for the hotel itself but also for the entire region. The proximity to the charming towns of Emerald Isle and Beaufort, North Carolina are an added bonus!

Emerald Isle and Beaufort provided an unexpected layer of joy to our trip. In Emerald Isle, you simply MUST stop in at 4J's Café for the best smoothies ever! And Beaufort, wow, what a great little hidden gem! It's the right size with just the right number of fantastic waterside restaurants and shops. Our trip to Pine Knoll Shores was nothing short of amazing, and we wholeheartedly recommend both the hotel and the surrounding areas for an unforgettable getaway.

The hotel is clean, staff are very friendly. Our refrigerator wasn't working and they replaced it right away. Great friendly poolside atmosphere with tiki bar and music. Lawn games available and beach chairs are available at no cost. The Clamdiggers restaurant had excellent food at affordable prices. Will definitely stay again.

We were pleasantly impressed with this place. We have been coming to the Atlantic Beach area for 17 years. We have stayed at several different places because we needed a kitchen and at least three bedrooms due to grandkids. This time after many years it was just myself and my husband. We have seen the Inn at Pine Knolls for years and have eaten at the Clamdiggers but never stayed. This time just the two of us so we chose the Inn at Pine Knolls. We will definitely choose this place Again!!!! I give it 5+ Stars! Very clean, staff was great, maintained very well. We stayed 5 very relaxing days!!! I can’t wait to go back again and again!!!!

Great view of the ocean. Clean rooms and facilities. Helpful staff. HVAC a little noisy.

Compared to other hotels I've stayed at, this one is amazing. It genuinely has ocean-view units--like, every single unit opens right out on to the ocean. You don't run the risk of getting a side-view unit, every unit they own opens up onto the ocean. It can be a little chaotic, but, as I said, worth the price if you're looking to splurge a little. And Emerald Isle is so nice. High recommend.

The staff was very friendly and polite. We had a great stay this weekend. The room was ocean view and clean. The staff changes out the towels in the bathroom when we weren’t even expecting. It is so calm there during a stay this time of year. A good place to go and relax if you need to get away in the off season. We would have booked an extra night but er decided to go and come back when the weather is at lest 60. Degrees I will be back!!!!

We weren't quite sure about this place. A little bit of an older hotel but the location is fantastic and there's a view from every single room. The rooms were a little bit small but they were very clean and modern, freshly updated it appears. A little strange when you're on the higher floors and the hallway has the glass all along one side. If you have vertigo you might want to be on the lower floors. Couldn't beat the price in the off season. Would definitely go back again.
