Let me tell you something, this breakfast was fantastic! They hit every mark. We had breakfast for our lunch, 12:30pm, honestly wasn't expecting anything special. We absolutely loved the flavors and textures. Ordered eggs over-medium, they were 100% perfect.
Service was great, our waitress was delightful.
It's a quaint, family restaurant that I highly recommend. Don't come here looking for a fancy place, come here if you're interested in home style cooking and great service. Restrooms = 3/5 in other words not terrible.

Kountry kitchen is just a wonderful restaurant for breakfast! For the record I have never had lunch here. So all three experiences in the last two years have been for breakfast. I’ve had the corn beef hash eggs with hashbrowns and in my mind for the price you cannot beat it! Service is fast and friendly! If you’re in the area and looking for fast good breakfast at a reasonable price this is the restaurant do you want to check out! Plenty of parking you can’t go wrong again the pricing just amazes me and how reasonable they are. I highly recommend the country kitchen for breakfast. Someday I plan on eating there for lunch seems like they’ve got some great specials and I cannot wait to try them! From the crowd during breakfast I can’t imagine that lunch specials and lunch service would disappoint. Check them out for breakfast and I’ll let you know my review the next time I join them for lunch! The other thing is the cool country style decorations!

My husband and I go there a lot at least once a month if we can but normally for breakfast today was our first time going for lunch and we were impressed. If you are a seafood lover, you can’t beat it fresh good tasting seafood and a wonderful atmosphere we always come back. It feels like home.

Leaving Walmart in Moorhead I called Country Kitchen and I ordered three chicken dinners to go and I left Walmart got to Country Kitchen my dinners were ready wait staff was friendly I was very impressed with their service and their quality of food and the quick turnaround time I truly enjoy Country Kitchen

Was in town for my birthday weekend and came across kountry kitchen. I love little restaurants like this one. The atmosphere is cozy and the food is amazing! 10/10 would recommend and definitely would go again when here visiting. Our waitress was super nice. Can't remember her name.

While visiting Newport NC, celebrating our Anniversary. We decided to visit Kountry Kitchen instead of cooking. It was great idea. We were greeted by friendly staff. The food was delicious. We asked a waitress to take our picture and she went above and beyond to make sure we got good pictures. Someone in the restaurant heard that it was our anniversary and paid for our breakfast. We will make sure to pay forward for our blessing. We visit again. Thanks!!

This is the best mom and Pop's place with great food, and some of the items in the store can be bought if you make a reasonable offer to the owner

If you love a hole in the wall country cooking restaurant this is it! Wife and I came for brunch and I have to say the food is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Service was Great! All around awesome place!

I have patronized Kountry Kitchen several times, and have had good food with generous portions, and good service every time I visited. The prices are very fair and I have never been disappointed with anything when I visited this establishment. I look forward to eating there anytime I'm in Morehead City and want a good meal. I would eagerly recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants a good southern home cooked meal, and definitely check out the daily specials that they offer.

Best breakfast in Carteret! Everything cooked to perfection. Great staff. Friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be returning often!

I've eaten breakfast here several times while visiting Morehead City for the Seafood festival. They are always packed but never had to wait long for my food. The food is delicious and always as ordered.

We had breakfast here. I had the scrambled eggs, bacon, grits and biscuit with the sausage gravy. That gravy was delicious! The biscuit was huge. I left fat and happy. Will definitely be back.

Food always good and you get free dessert if you ask.
