Lookout Ford was so helpful from the moment we approached the building. The car I was interested in was backed up under the awning so we wouldn’t get wet while checking the vehicle out. (It was raining) They were also very thorough with the process of financing and explained everything VERY WELL. Andrew Smith is who helped us I believe and he was outstanding! We did not feel pressured into purchasing the vehicle and they offered us beverages while we sat and chatted about financing. We ended up driving about 2 hours to get there and we did not regret it! I would recommend everyone who is thinking about buying a car off of this lot to do so! Special thanks to Andrew and the Lookout Ford Team! Drove off the lot with a 2016 Ford Mustang that same day and very content with my purchase!

Just wanted to leave a positive note for Colin in the Service dept and the whole Service team. Needed hardtop looked at on my 23 Bronco, knew about the quality issues when I purchased but rolled the dice anyway…the soft tops look horrible in my opinion 😂. Assumed they’d look and send me on my way but to my surprise a complete hardtop replacement under warranty was authorized. No debate no hassle, the issue was handled in the most professional manner possible and I truly appreciate it. Lookout Ford went beyond my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any of your service needs!

Brian and the whole sales team were very helpful making a stress free environment to make my decision to make my purchase of a 2021 RAM 2500 Big Horn pickup truck. The truck was a good price and I received a good trade on my 2019 RAM 1500 Big Horn pickup. I would recommend Lookout Ford if you are looking for a fare price and a no pressure sales team. Make note of Lookout Ford, great deals and greater to deal with. Everyone there was affable, available even though I walked in late on a holiday night. Brian took all the time I needed to feel comfortable with a decision and then offer me a great deal on a great vehicle. two thumbs up for being , very professional, but made me feel like I was dealing with family; definitely worth a trip down to Morehead city. The business itself is clean, inviting and easily accessible.

This dealership was an answer to prayer!
While traveling for business, the starter failed in my Ford Excursion. We were able to limp to our hotel in Morehead City, NC. I had to be setting up for an event on Friday by mid-day or I would be in breech of contract for my client.
I am disabled and drive a specialized vehicle with a wheelchair lift. Renting a vehicle was not an option. In essence I was stranded and in a very dire situation.
I called Lookout Ford first thing Friday morning and explained my situation. We all know the chances of getting "on demand" service without an appointment is most always impossible. The person who took my call was very kind and compassionate and understood the severity of my situation. She connected me with a service technician who took time to listen to my troubleshooting steps. He immediately said "Sir, we'll do our very best to get your repaired today. We'll do all we can to try and help you make your event on time".
When we arrived at the dealership their staff met us at the vehicle and immediately took it into the service department.
An hour and a half we were back on the road! You just don't find old fashioned, hometown, compassionate customer service like that anymore.
Lookout Ford is the exception to the rule. They have set the bar for customer service very high, and are the benchmark to which other dealerships will have to measure up to. We received first class, quality service that went far above and beyond what we could have ever hoped for.
We were an out of town family in a jam. It would have been very easy for someone to take advantage of us. However, Lookout Ford gave us a fast repair at a very fair price.
