I am so lucky that my teenagers still love arts and crafts. I am here often stocking supplies for "things to do, stuff to build" Gotta keep them busy! Michaels always have a great selection and great coupons. Check the website for discounts.

It was the first time I had done it a delivery only for a store with instacart I didn't have to shop at meeting the store the shopping for me I just needed to deliver and it was a very smooth transition for my first time and the employees were very helpful and helping me make sure I got The Right Packages

I suggest the Halloween and Christmas Lee max villages products. They're really nice, but sometimes they get a little pricey.

Helpful, enthusiastic employees. Lots of inspiration to be had here for everything from fiber crafts to drawing and all your planner accessories. The store is clean and well stocked. They have regular sales and coupons in the app that you definitely want to take advantage of.

Had a great experience during the LPOTY sale.
Their CEM for the day (Dylan) helped us and was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
Store was neat and well kept to be the end of a big sale day as well.
Will shop there again.

This place is always amazing. I love how they're always having a sale and they change quite frequently. Today was 50% or more off of just about everything I was looking at. They don't play when it comes to giving you a good deal. The perfect place for being crafty ☺

I always have a great experience at this store. The staff are very friendly and eager to help. I almost always find exactly what I need, and if not, the team members try to point me in the right direction. It's definitely worth it to be a rewards member!

I was finished shopping & I noticed that my phone had died, I had come to Michaels by Lyft. It was very unusual for my phone to die so I was not able to reach them accept by their app. Caroline tried so hard to find me a ride home. She kept looking up numbers but couldn't reach anyone. We tried to call a cab but no one answered! I had no idea how I would get home. I'm not able to walk that far & have no one to call. I was starting to get a little worried but Caroline kept plugging away even though she was due to get off work. She finally had to go home but she didn't give-up. She turned me over to Henri, another nice lady. We finally were able to get a cab to pick me up. I'm 71 & by then, I was so exhausted. I want to thank both Caroline & Henri for going above & beyond to help me. I'm forever grateful to them. They could have turned me in & given up. Thanks Caroline & Henri! You're the best. Great employees & fellow human beings. THANKS!

This place is awesome I've lived in Newport for over 4 years never been in michaels store ,but we needed stuff to make my daughter's birthday cake and one of the workers there I believe her name was Henry was super helpful every thing I needed she walked me straight to where everything was with a smile on her face,and was super kind and soo helpful, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a store like this, to get anything arts and crafts related, and much more. These folks there deserve a raise

Omg. Beads beads beads... there was a 50% off sale.. I got 80 bucks worth of supplies for under 40 bucks. The lady who checked us out was such a sweetheart and I didn't get very far into the store before an employee asked if I needed any help finding anything.. I said why yes, the grownup beads please lol. She directed me and even said "today's a good day to buy these, green tags are half off" I love Michaels.

Lots of great art supplies, particularly the selection of canvas and paints, plus so many different choices for sketch books, art lovers paradise. Also, fantastic selection of frames, can't comment on other stuff, but if you're a crafty individual, definitely check this store out.

Always find what I need

I love this store, it's always clean easy to find and the employees are great!

I simply adore and enjoy shopping at Michaels there I always find a wonderful variety of items I can decorate my home but most of all the small amount you pay for all top quality and decor items. If you haven't shopped at Michaels yet pls do so soon you will be delighted, guaranteed

Could normally get lost for hours! Find a babysitter for the husband! Or make a waiting room lol. This one is very very small but really clean and organized.
