How can a package delivery service refuse to deliver legitimate and correctly labeled packages? Make the service provider a government organization, that's how.

Refuses to deliver packages shipped by USPS to my home. Bounces back anything that shows up, even often times Amazon packages that the USPS has agreed contractually to deliver to customers doorstep. Government service vs commercial service like UPS and Fedex has obvious results when these issues have been raised, totally pointless results with USPS-absolutely no escalation or concern at any level local or national.
