Lady working the station was very attentive. Very pleasant personality. She keeps in contact & comes in time to check you in. Otherwise, station is empty.

I had a great experience with the train station this year relaxed very friendly. not like the past 6 years it hasn't been open

Not the largest train station, but good service always!!

The Train is on time over 95% of the time. A lot less hassles than I have experienced With Flying. Also it is more comfortable than any plane.

Horrible with being on time!!! 2nd my daughter use Amtrak from Gastonia Nc To Philadelphia. Last time they were 2 hrs late arrive!!!!! So far they are 1 hr late.... I'm complaining to Corporate!!!!!
