We are a family of five and this office has met all of our individual needs for over a year with excellence. We have high school, college, and middle school children as well as two professional parents. We have very busy life styles and very different needs including a child with Autism. This office is concerned with the health and well being of its patients. They are a dedicated staff and work completely as a team. They know who you are and you matter. It is a place that we trust and a place that can service every age patient from infant to the elderly including disabilities. We are so blessed to have such a wonderful office. As to the women who answer the phones they are kind, knowledgeable, and very good at what they do. They handle all insurance questions, appointments and anything else we have thrown them over the last year. Great place to go and the only place we trust for our family. We are proud to endorse this medical office.

Great first visit. Staff was professional, attentive and able to move up my appointment to deal with an immediate health issue. Doctor was thorough, professional, funny; took his time and did not seem rushed. I really appreciated that. Office wait was about 30 minutes - pretty standard. Looking forward to ongoing care from this group.

Dr. Alan Hicks is the best! He’s funny, makes sure you understand everything, and gives you a sense that he’s going to be with you to fight whatever ails you. As a diabetic, I’ve seen lots of doctors, but none have treated me like a person, unlike Dr. Hicks!

I really loved seeing Dr. Hicks day I called to check on my meds and Brooke at the front desk told me he was not going to see me anymore that I had failed a drug test ,I had that checked out by a very reliable source and they told me it was the Adderall Dr Hicks was writing me he was not even man enough to talk to me his self I had been on one of the medications for over 20 years I ended up having heart surgery at Duke Hospital he didn't even ask about me and I thought that was so mean but I forgive him and I have him in my prayers that he never has to go through what I did I found out that the man that rents from my boyfriend that he told Dr Hicks a few lies about me and I told Alan that this man has been giving me a very hard time and very very stressful time I just don't understand but i am ok now got a very very caring DR and I just want to say what a awesome DR Tracy Chapman is he is my boyfriends Dr he is wonderful to him he loves his Tracy Chapman and he is #1 a very very caring DR I am so glad he has Tracy he will be blessed for being so good with Darren Abee he is wonderful to him #1 I just wanted Alan to know that he could at least told me his self I hope nobody ever has to go through what I did.
