Overall A good experience that I've had with this place it's sometimes quiet, my order is always correct most of the times, and the workers and the manager are very chill so yeah very good experience.

I went through the drive thru and it was very quick, staff friendly at both windows & all of my food was hot!

The service at this McDonald’s has been speedy and amazing! We have gotten food here on our trip frequently and it has been hot, fresh, and quick. The cashier was super sweet and made our evening! We aren’t local to Gastonia but we’ll always remember the sweet gesture we received today! Thank you!

I believe her name was Tatiana but I could be wrong. I have SUCH a hard time with names but regardless, she was AWESOME! They were super busy but she took the time to take care of me and was the sweetest person about everything. From personal experience, I know it can be hard to provide attention to customers when you are trying to be fast and efficient but she was all of the above. She was the only one I interacted with but the whole team seemed to work great pushing cars! Thank y'all for all you do and hang in there! I know it gets tough in cs but we appreciate everything you do! Otherwise, we'd have to cook dinner so 🤣🤷🏼‍♀

Food was ok. Nice children play area if you have kids.

My babies just love the McChicken, and the McDoubles.

The young lady that runs this store is very professional and polite. Great work ethic to say the least. Very well run store. Out of the 3 stores in the area, this one is, by far, the best. I don't recommend the Wendy's next door unless you like ordering chili, not getting it, then being told you're a liar.

Quaint house turned trendy restaurant. Food was delicious and fresh. Definitely recommend the weekend brunch.

Gotta say that we hadn't been by this one in years, we have stopped by twice this week! Due to the first stop! Our order was correct and food was great and hot!! Not many places anymore give hot fries but boy oh boy those were on point!! Keep up the great work!!

We go there every week to purchase a happy meal for our grandson. This trip was perfect. Went thru the drive thru. Line was fast, order taken smoothly with no errors, and everyone was very friendly. Plus they gave me 3 beautiful lemon slices for my unsweetened iced tea! All smiles. Way to go McDonald's, Team Mt Holly!

My husband and I had busines appointment in Charlotte so we stopped by this store for breakfast. This is the friendliest McDonald we have found so far. The cashiers seemed to be bit new so we had to get bunch of times to ask for salt, pepper, maple syrup, ketchup. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Few times even he brought condiment sachets to us.

Mary, and the ENTIRE MORNING CREW at Kings Mountain, are AMAZING, and understand what CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 😀 👏 😄 🙌

Food was Good, its was hot just the way i ordered it. No drinks the drink machine was broken but i met the Manager Josh. Really cool , down to earth and Army Veteran as myself. Yes i definitely recommend this McDonald's. Absolutely

Okay so first off, my guy whoever was working the front when I walked in awesome. He wore a mask which I appreciate as someone whose significant other just gave birth to my first son, thank you bro. He and the crew were fast and on point, a really nice and cheery guy, cracked a few jokes and was really professional. Keep up the good work you guys you kill it.

Never wait to long for food, as a Dasher I love when I get pick up orders for this location.

Jonathan, you obviously do not like any McDonald's. Just don't go back. Simple as that. Stop criticizing everything. Have you ever thought that sometimes the people behind the counter can't move at a certain time because they have a thing called peek time where they can't move because of mystery shoppers? They do the best they can, the managers are really nice, and will work with you the best they can, same with the employees. Even if a place is fully staffed around peek time, they can't move from their position, even to hand out a drink cup, because they get comments on it. I know because I work at one. Seriously. You obviously have nothing better to do, and you obviously have never worked at a fast food restaurant before. I eat here all the time and never have anything cold. Fries are great. Burgers are wonderful. Customer service is spectacular.

Compared to other McDonald's in the area this one is one of the best.
