PNC Bank

Went to this location to set up autopay for my car loan. I was greeted as soon as I walked in which was nice. I was informed i could set it up via the online app. Rostario (sorry if I spelled it wrong) walked me into his office and helped me step by step set it up on my phone. I was so appreciative because I expected to be blown off and told just to do it at home. Great customer service! Thank you so much!

This location has the most friendly and courteous employees. Laura helped me open my business account and stayed after hours to ensure I could be ready to take payments and deposits before the holiday weekend! Top notch service from a dedicated staff. Highly recommended.

I have been with PNC since 2006 living in Virginia at the time the branch there was okay since I moved back to North Carolina the PNC branch in Gastonia has been wonderful my account was hacked twice but they blocked it and took very good care of situation this is one of the best banks that I have ever been to if you have a problem with this Bank it's probably because of you

Left for a few years, came home and first place I came to. Mr. Cox wrote my first insurance policy and I've been taking care of me ever since except for the time that I left. Highly recommend get your insurance needs here

Beware of this bank. They will charge you for services that were neither used or provided. If you refuse to pay them they will attempt to slime your credit rating. I had both business and personal accounts at this bank when I opened a merchant services account suggested to me by the branch manager Pam Brookshire (who left one of the two 5 star reviews of her own establishment). I had nothing but trouble from this account. The contract was purposefully deceptive regarding the fees. When I tried to discontinue the service, the bank continued to automatically debit my account for it. Last December, I closed my business account because after months of trying, I was unable to get them to fix the problem. A month later I was sent a collection letter for the merchant service which of course I had not used since I didn't even bank with them anymore. I tried to settle it myself directly with them. I decided to pay the $15 fee they fraudulently billed me and settle the matter rather than waste valuable time and money hiring an attorney to fight it. Now a month later I have received another bill for the same service that they have not provided to me for months, this time with a $100 collection fee and a threat attached. I have my cancelled check proving I have paid, but the bank refuses to admit they have made a mistake. I now plan to hire an attorney to sue the bank which is what I should have done a month ago. Please consider my story carefully before deciding to bank with PNC.

Monthly fees in addition too a fee for using THIER ATM make this bank probably the worst in town don't be fooled by the amount of ATMs in the area as the hidden fees are ridiculous and add up.

Just wanted to post another review since I just considered this bank for personal and business account. This lady with some very concerning issues post the review a year ago. And not one reply or response trying to mend it. Pitiful. Thanks for the heads up.
