Our experience with Rykar Homes was absolutely refreshing! This being our 4th home buying experience and our third build, we were surprised this was the first time we really felt heard. We were used to hearing ‘We may not be able to do that’, this time most often we heard ‘Lets figure out how we can do that’, it was delightful to say the least. The RyKar Homes family was extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, helpful and easy to work with. Building with Ryan and Charlie, the pride they take and the genuine heartfelt happiness they had along with us as our home was being built was palpable. 6 months later I can say, without a doubt, our home was built with the highest level of attentiveness and longevity.

These are just a few words to describe the experience my wife and I had with Rykar Homes during the construction of our forever home. I have known owner Ryan Roche professionally for more than 14 years and from day one, he has been a man of great integrity and a man of prestige professionalism. When my wife and I decided to build a home, we spoke with other builders who were close friends but we simply didn't feel it was the right decision. It was during this time I spoke with Ryan about the new Longview House plan that he released on our wedding anniversary. During our first consultation with my wife and I, Ryan began to show us what he could do. He understood the budget and met our desires with "I can do that." From day 1, there was NEVER an ounce of doubt. We knew we had made the right decision. During the building process, Charlie was equally as fun to work with as Ryan. He is detailed. Any time I called with a question about something, Charlie already knew what I was calling about and had details of when things were being done. He was accessible for ANY questions even if it was the weekend. Simply put, I feel like Charlie became a part of our family during this process. The best part of it all is at the end of the build, there was no "surprise" money due. Here we are six months later, sitting in our stunningly beautiful home AMAZED at what we have.
From my experience, I have seen the pressure building a home can be on a marriage/couple. That pressure does not exist with Rykar Homes. It's a fun and enjoyable experience full of excitement. You could use other builders but I can assure you, the Rykar experience is the right experience and the right choice.

We have been in our RyKar home for four months and it has been great. We started working with RyKar in July 2022 and the house closed right on time in October. Ryan and Charlie were great to work with. They were extremely responsive, accommodating and answered any questions we had. Both Ryan and Charlie Could not have been easier and more professional to deal with. My house is beautiful, expert craftsmanship and had zero issues durning the entire process. Truly a flawless process which is unheard of these days. I highly recomend them.....and my house was done earlier then initially projected.

I cannot say enough good things about RyKar!! Ryan & Charlie were a joy to work with and made the home building process so smooth, stress-free and fun!! Since we were moving from out of state, they both went above and beyond - sending us (at minimum) weekly emails with pictures and updates, graciously putting up with all my questions, meeting us at the house for drop in visits, and getting our input on essentially every decision. They have played with our two young sons on several occasions while we were visiting during the building process and our kids love them! These guys and their families have absolutely become part of our family. Here we are almost 6 months in to living in our new home and I’m just as thrilled today as I was the first day we signed the contract to build.
