They always get my prescriptions in at a timely manner and offer great service! Not much else to say other than quick friendly service and able to be in and out within 15 minutes given if there's a line.

This locations CVS staff in general is by far the best I’ve ever come across in terms of prompt servicing, politeness, and simple customer service. However, that said, their manager for this location of whom goes by the name: Alberto, is just terrible. And let me mention, he is a new manager for this location, as he so told me this evening. Alberto decided to play on his phone behind a counter while a line grew behind the first register, and the second register of where I was (this particular register was a self check out). I made it to the self serve register and needed an ID check, so the chime went off to alert a nearby employee, and Alberto, declined to make any attempt to assist at first (still glued to his phone), eventually the chimes turned off and at this point the gentleman started to make a round to assist the first cashier and when she didn’t need his help he came my way. I asked if he could help with the ID check and he didn’t say a word, nor did he check my ID, he simply asked for a birthday and went plugging numbers away. First problem, no acknowledgement of customer needs at either register, and attention to his phone was more important. Second problem, no physical ID check? Ok? So why even have the system…or the employee if the job isn’t being done correctly.

Time frame: November 22, 2021, between the time of 6:05pm and 6:18pm. For the record, this was also all on the in-store camera, if further review needs to be made by corporate. Alberto didn’t know me by name, but I did advise him to check Google for this review…so I guess he will know my name now, not that it matters.

I was so impressed with the service that I received today. I have used a big box warehouse pharmacy for at least 19 years. I was the HR Manager at that location. They have become very "stuck" in slow motion. They even roll their eyes at the customers, including me who hired most of them, as we walk up to pick up our prescriptions.
So, today I had enough. I asked for a print of all my medications.
I then preceeded to go to the CVS at New Hope and Beaty. Store #7578.
I came in with the list of medications prices for what I take.
I was immediately greeted by Caitlin. She had a genuine smile "She was on top of everything! She helped me and showed me what's CVS' prices may be, but she did let me know that this could change based on the formulary.
She wrote on my sheet, right beside of my medications, with CVS's estimated prices. I immediately wanted to change to CVS from the big box warehouse pharmacy. This decision was made before I had seen the prices. To come into a pharmacy and be greeted immediately with a genuine smile. She was very personable, upbeat, and typed very fast checking on my prescription prices.
I can't tell you how thrilled I am. I don't have to park so far from the entrance.
I am less than 5 minutes from this location.
I don't have to dodge 100 people as I struggled to get to the pharmacy which is so slow.
I love the idea of having a drive up window.
I love the fact that Caitlin is there with a genuine smile and EXCEEDS MY EXPECTATIONS.
I heard the other employees in the pharmacy talking to people at the drive up window and they seemed to have a smile on their face as they took care of the customers. Even though I didn't see them, their voices were cheerful. Where as at my now old pharmacy they don't even look you in the eye. They greet me with, "What is your date of birth?" There is no hey how can I help you.
But, Caitlin was on it. She took the time to help me and she did it cordially and rapidly!
You have gained a customer from how friendly, fast, courteously and engaging Caitlin was!

The pharmacy and pharmacists are incredible- i have been using this location for 15 years and they are always nice and helpful. I read other reviews and was truly surprised to see what others had said. One bad experience can’t reflect a business, especially when they are healthcare workers working in a pandemic and human. Take it from some that that has been using this pharmacy for like I said 15 years, they are punctual with refills and i have never had an issue!

This won’t mean much to some, but any pregnant woman will appreciate this review. Due to COVID-19 many fast food restaurant dining rooms are still closed and most stores have limited access, but CVS still allow their customers/public to use their restrooms and it was clean, I just add. When I called to ask, the customer service representative was very polite and upbeat. He didn’t make me feel crazy for asking such a strange question. Thank you!

I switched from my old Cvs Pharmacy to this one & I have nothing but positive feedback for this location. Overall, the staff is extremely respectful, very helpful, most organized Cvs I have ever been in. What really won me over is how quick the pharmacy is about getting all my medications filled! GREAT PLACE! ☆☆☆☆☆

Larger store, better selection. Anytime the other CVS doesn't have a medication this one almost always does have it. This store is always so clean and organized and workers are always friendly and helpful.
