I woke up few days ago with a serious electrical problem at home, I called the company and they schedule a visit same day even tho was a last minute call. as soon as the team got to my home they were super polite, efficient, kind, and helpful. every single member of the team understood my concerns about the situation. ****UPDATE****

Update - Mr. Walker contacted me directly and apologized for the confusion and updated a revised estimate for the work I needed done. Apparently, there was a rogue employee attempting to steal away business and thus the reason for the outrageous quote. At any rate, we understood, and appreciated the personal attention we received from him and his staff. They came out the next day at our convenience and completed the work to our satisfaction. Being a business owner, I certainly understood the situation, and we are glad we had a chance to work with them once again. Luis and Darrell did a fantastic job and we appreciate their attention to detail as well as Mr. Walkers personal attention to the matter. He even checked back in with me after the work was done. You can't expect more than that.

***DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME***

Called Walker WES for some electrical work I needed done in my home. This would be the third time I've used them in my home since October. The first two were great and the technicians did excellent work. However, this time, the receptionist set an appointment from 12-12:45. I took the afternoon off and raced home to be sure I was there.

45 minutes later I called because they had not shown and I received a message from Square showing my appointment had passed and I would have to schedule another. But the receptionist said no not to worry, her technician just came in and would be there soon.

Again I inquired if they would be able to do the work the same day and she said depending on the work they will do the estimate first and then most likely proceed if I was agreeable.

The technician finally showed up about 30 minutes later and proceeded to come in with removing his muddy boots. However when we got to the carpeted area, I asked him to remove them and he did.

The work I needed done was to replace two bathroom exhaust fans, which I had already carefully purchased to make sure they would fit. Again they would have been removing two that were already in place and install the new ones. I also needed two receptacles added to another room which after explaining the specifics and showing the technician, he said we wouldn't have a problem.

After about 45 minutes of going everything I asked if he was going to be able to perform the work that day and he said no, because it would required two technicians.

He then proceeded to work up a quote after struggling with the software and then started to explain the quote to me. That's when everything went to pot! He wanted to charge me $425 for EACH fan. WHAAAT??? I was shocked! AND then he said I would have to pay a deposit before the work could start. WHAAAAT??? For a $1000 job?

When I expressed my surprise, he said he could go outside and call Jeff and possibly get a better price. After another 30 minutes, he came back with a revised price of $320 per fan.

I told him that was outrageous and I did not appreciate being taken advantage of and that he needed to let Jeff know that he not only lost a customer, but also any future referrals.

As I said before, I've used them several times in my home and business. And have NEVER had such an experience. It appears to me that the guy that came out didn't even work for Jeff, and was perhaps a subcontractor. If that's the case, Jeff you may want to reevaluate how you do business! Oh and fix your software so it doesn't appear that your coding sales tax as a "processing fee".

What !! If i could give 10 stars i would !! Jeff is such a nice and understanding person ! The workers are very professional and know what they are doing.. they came and did my ceiling lights ! i love it ! thank you. I highly recommend this place , very affordable and LOCAL !

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Jorge! I was so flustered with my bathroom lighting , it would keep going in and out while leaving it turned on, but once your company came out it took know longer than an hour to figure out the problem! I appreciate it so much! Definitely 5/5! I would highly recommend!

First of all I want to appreciate All of the work these people did for me. They truly help me out and resolve my issues and I want to thank all of the workers for everything they do I understand that it can be hard for the kind of job they do so I appreciate what they do and if anyone that lives in concord/ Charlotte area I would recommend them, very talented and hard workers.

They were able to perform the work in one days notice (non emergency) The electrician did exceptional quality work, at a very reasonable price. The woman who schedules the work was very nice, and the electrician was very friendly. I had them quote two more items while he was at my house. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to others.
