Cook Out

This is by far my favorite restaurant to go to if I want the best grilled chicken sandwich,the amount of customization you can do to the shakes or the food is very vast
The line goes by fast usually and the staff is always on point and friendly

No atmosphere. This one was a drive-through experience. Definitely entertain at least one of the many incredible milkshake flavors. Burgers are like fro. Your backyard BBQ

The tray is such a good value. Burgers are excellent, I got the 1/4 pound burger steak style, onion rings, and the cheese bites. The cheese bites are so good. They are like cheese curd that has been fried. This place is typically pretty busy but they are very fast through the drive thru.

Fast, clean, low prices for hot food, generous portions. Always impressed with Cook Out. This location is consistent, food has always been good.

I work here and I love my coworkers they're great people. The managers are such amazing people and they push me good enough to get me through the day. If I struggle doing something my coworkers help me out and help me learn from my mistakes.

Visited 3/24/2023. Service was kind of slow. And my order wasn't totally correct. I ordered the Small Cookout style try with okra and hush puppies. They gave me a corn dog instead of okra so I informed the employees working and they corrected it immediately along with an apology. Overall, my experience was great.

The employees were troopers the day we went. Long story short, there was a water main break, and it shut down the movie theater. These guys stayed open. The only thing was that there were no shakes. I was surprised they were open. The food was amazing! Good job to those who worked under those conditions that day.

This is a to-go fast food establishment. I ordered 2 shakes and a hamburger. One of the shakes was the wrong flavor. The staff apologized and served me the correct shake cheerfully and without hesitation. The burger was fresh and hot. The shakes--which are my favorite items on the menu--are delicious. you can't slurp these with a straw. Spoons are a must! This is a great place for consistently good and truly FAST fast food.

I ordered a lot of food for my boyfriend and I while we were out Christmas shopping. They were busy and had an extra extremely long line. One of my bags of food was forgotten so the lady ran outside in the freezing cold with my bag to try to catch me before I left the parking lot. I wish I knew the lady's name to call the company and commend her for EXCELLENT customer service! Great customer service to that degree is rare these days and she made my day going above and beyond to make sure I get everything I paid for. I don't know her name but she was a Caucasian lady with french braids in her hair pulled back into a pony tail with a black hooded sweatshirt on. Well done!

First time eating here, my husband is from NC and loves them. They were amazing and the cheap prices for such quality was really nice. The food was hot and fresh tasting, while the milkshake was the best I have ever had. Will definitely be going again !

First time having it. Moved to NC from Ohio a few years ago and always heard great things!! Delicious and excellent variety of options.

I think cook out has the best NY style cheesecake for the price and convenience the strawberry cheesecake milkshake is also my favorite as well
But I will say as far as this location the service could have been better we couldn't get anything from the lady at the window she didn't say anything to us except for how much our food cost

If there's a line, you're going to wait. But when NO one else is open at 3-4am it's worth the wait, if you just need at 3am junk food. The portions are good, the cookout tray is a wonderful deal, and who doesn't love milkshakes? Milkshakes from cookout are 5/5 as well. Try one, you won't regret it.

When I lived in Lewisville with my bf then, we'd come here and I'd always get those seasoned Cajun fries or with cheese && hands down the b3st fries ever. I wish they'd bring a cookout here to bay county fl.

Their burgers taste fantastic, just like you cooked them on your backyard grill! Their milkshakes taste like you just made them in your kitchen. Everything is always good, it's always hot, we always get it fast and they always get our order right! What more can you ask for? Consistantly excellent food with fast, accurate and polite service, even when they're super busy. They're doing it right at Cook Out!

Very tasty food and a great price!

We came for the milkshakes this time! Always fabulous! They were super busy but served everyone quickly and with a smile and positive attitude! Very happy with this cookout!

Little bit of a wait but everything was fine when I got it and service was good even though they were probably pretty shorthanded.
