Hailey, at Benchmark made my dream into a reality! Her outgoing personality along with her professionalism really made the experience of buying a used car anything, but the typical dreaded used car experience. I will definitely come back, but I will for sure be enjoying my "new to me" Miata till then!!

Benchmark made getting into my new car painless and effortless. They have so many perks included with buying a car from them. They offer free oil changes every six months, and they also pay the property tax every year until the vehicle is paid off. I’ve never seen that feature with any other car lot!I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from Benchmark .

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. It was such an easy process compared to other dealerships that I have been to. I live a hour away and I was to get everything done over the phone as far as an approval. When I got to the location they were very professional and it was a very easy process. I already had an idea of the suv that I wanted. I also like the benefits that they offered as well. Charles was definitely a big help. Make sure you go see him.

Purchased my car on Jan 26, met with Charles the Sales Manager, Awesome dude.
I came with 1000 down which covered everything. To drive off the lot you only need car insurance & the down payment.
Took it to Raleigh that weekend and my headlight went out (NO PROBLEM THO) I went back in that Monday Jan 29 they installed a brand new light. Would recommend if you in need of a car plus they always rotate the inventory. Shop here & ask for Charles.
