AutoZone Auto Parts

This is my go-to store for auto parts by far!

They provide great customer service and I’ve had multiple employees go out of their way to help me (such as get me a paper towel before they opened when I cut my finger and needed to clean the brake rotor before installing it).

I used to go to O’Reilly, but I really didn’t like their customer service when it came to handling parts warranties. This place is much better with that, so I switched and now I buy all my car parts and supplies from here.

I like the oil change packages, and the plastic black oil pan (in an attached picture) works great and keeps my work surface clean. It also makes oil disposal hassle-free.

As a silly little technicality, I’ve noticed that sometimes the employees have locked the doors at least 8 minutes before closing time. But don’t be discouraged. Just knock on the windows and they’ll let you in. If not, the managers are awesome and really easy to talk to.

I was interested in different cup holders for my car. I had seen one on Instagram, then checked it out on Amazon. It had good ratings but I wanted to see how sturdy it was. My sister and I stopped by her local AutoZone. The men behind the counter only spoke when we spoke first. We were trying to figure out what aisle to look at and a VERY nice woman asked if we needed help and showed us where to look. They didn’t have what I had seen but they did have the kind that fits between the seat and console. Jenny checked on us again and told me to take it out to my car to see if I liked it. Now keep in mind, I hadn’t paid for it so that was really great customer service. I took her up on the offer and it worked fine, so bought it. I really like it! I’ve had a passenger since then and it is not intrusive on their space. The picture shows my iPhone 7+ fitting nicely. But full disclosure? I usually have my phone on a magnet so that space works for french fries. It’s actually perfect for french fries, don’t ask me how I know. Thank you Jenny!

After going to the waughtown store I walked out. The service here at Silas creek location was hands down the best. Customer service 5 star

As a woman traveling alone from out of state, I stopped in to purchase a new wiper blade. I was unable to detach the defective one and had to go into the store to ask for assistance. Justin not only removed the damaged one, he replaced it with the new one and had me test it before I left. Thank you Justin for excellent customer service.

Autozone is my place right there. Great prices. They always have a sale going on on something door clean

Rename this store to AWESOMEZONE! I am so impressed with the courtesy and professional quality of support I received. My wife and I are still playing it safe for COVID, and I was so grateful for the gentleman who helped me with my battery. Five stars is not nearly enough!

Great service, had to come back twice to get a correct part while trying to get my car fixed and the staff there was super helpful. They also processed my exchange for the different parts super fast and helped me get back to the mechanic. Everyone was super friendly and the store was super clean and in great shape. They also had parts for a lot cheaper compared to other stores. Definitely recommend this store.

I went in to pick up a car battery I had purchased through another location and I was greeted by Mr. Darryl. He was very kind, honest and courteous. I hope he receives recognition by his employers for his hard work and great customer service skills.

We got stranded in nc cause my car blew a tire and when that happened ripped out my gas tube. They went above and beyond to make sure they got us the right part we needed and even helped us install it. Denver was absolutely wonderful and helped us a ton! Even in this sweltering heat. Thank you!!!

My check engine light came on plus I was a quart low on oil so turns out light was for a loose gas cap and we added the oil! Light went off and my baby is happy again!!
