I had some minor issues with my policy and was so aggravated and ready to switch companies, BUT I called and spoke to someone at this location who actually cared enough to take the time to go through all the details with me.. more than once! She and others here were most helpful in helping me get back on track. Because of the patience and willingness to help, I stayed with State Farm and I’m glad I did. No other company in the past has EVER displayed this level of patience and help to me. That is not something worth giving up.

I’ve been with State Farm for over 2 years now for both auto and home owners insurance. They were able to offer me the best coverage for the best price when compared to multiple other well known Companies. I had to file a claim through my home owners this past year and they were prompt and so kind during the process.

This team is just so much help, honestly they are the best from the in office team to the claims department and any other department I’ve spoken with under State Farm. When I tell you these ladies have saved my sanity, I mean just that. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure me and my family have been taken care of! We’ve been with them since 2015 and then left for a while but we found our way back home because no one, I MEAN NO ONE, can do the things they do, or the way they do it! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful they are also quick to respond when I have reached out to them. Jennifer does a great job at explaining coverage options and makes sure we have the coverage we need.

I don't know where to start with Mrs Brigham and her team. Long story short; I was recommended to transfer my account to her to get her help fixing some HUGE issues with my account and with my home insurance. Jennifer fixed my account, found and fixed issues with my account that no one else seemed to know about, and solved the issue I was having with my home insurance. All the while she was taking the time to meet with my wife and I personally to discuss what she found out. I can't say enough positive things. If they say they will call you tomorrow at 3:42pm, they will call you at 3:42pm. I was literally about to drop State Farm for good and move insurance companies, but Mrs Brigham changed my mind completely. 10/10

Great staff and communication. Very friendly and helpful. I currently have my car insurance, life insurance, and hospital policies with them. I am so pleased with the services that I am currently looking into getting home owner's insurance through them as well. I highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed!!! Even the after hours Customer Service is GREAT!!!! It's very rare that you come across great service before, during, and after hours for a company!! I am very impressed.
