Chick-fil-A

Nice newly built location. Service was fast and efficient and the food was fresh of course. I don't know if I've ever heard a complaint about any chick fila ever! They surely pride themselves on customer service! Next time I visit, I'll dine in!

This Chickfila is very busy, but they do a great job of keeping the store clean and efficient. The only down side to this store is the flow of traffic. The street light and traffic congestion makes the drive through experience very poor.

Side note - the paper towel dispenser puts paper towels directly into the sink… that is a bit flawed

Always love going to chick fil a. Service is always great. They should start a business on how to serve people. I mean when I was there I noticed an employee hugging another. I do believe it may have been the manager. How beautiful is that in a world that is all about them. Speedy service with the food and did I mention the chicken. Loved the spicy chicken. Thanks.

Shout out to Price in the drive thru! He picked out his favorite breakfast items for us and a sauce combo recommendation! Food was delicious and he was such a good sport!

I’ve been eating breakfast here almost every day ever since this place opened across from where I work! I’ve not had 1 bad experience. Every employee I’ve spoken to has been super kind and efficient, service has always been quick, and my order has always been correct and fresh! The separate drive thru and mobile thru is brilliant, either you have a mobile order or drive thru order service is so fast!

Thank you Chic Fila, on Cox RD, for adding positivity to my mornings before I start my shift :) I LOVE YOU GUYS! I hope this review makes someone’s day a little better like you guys have made mine!

The lady taking care of us was so sweet. I love her omg. The food was so good. Had all of us full for the road trip!

This morning, the chicken bowl with jalapeno salsa sauce is delicious. It's fresh and hot!

Went through drive thru, but my order taker was nice, efficient and kind and helped me figure out what I was saying I wanted with limited information.😁 Quickly moved through the line which was surprising seeing how when I got in line I was just able to get in the parking lot. Great first experience at this location.👍

Great, as always! I was driving a truck and made the last turn a little wider than I should, and the lady employee walking around, simply moved the orange post for me and didn't make a big deal. I appreciated it being simple as I was embarrassed enough.

Listen, Chick-fil-A has their stuff together. You can get through a 30 car line here in the time you would get through a 2 car line at McDonald's. Chick-fil-A has also never given me the wrong order. 10/10

Can never go wrong with chick fil a. Just wish it was open 7 days a week.

Quick service. And topped my chocolate milkshake with chocolate sauce and my cookies cream milkshake with crumbled cookie. Great presentation! Never had that before!

You'll never find another restaurant with better customer service. This the lords chicken and it tastes so good 😆 even if they mess up your order they'll go above and beyond to fix it with no attitude.

I imagine they relocated to be closer to an 85 exit and attract more travelers. I'm not sure why that was necessary given that the previous location was already packed to begin with and the Belmont location is just a few exits away, capitalism I guess. Even so, the drive thru experience is still very fast and friendly and they never get the order wrong from our experience. The walk out drive thru window is a nice addition to speed up service so that cars can actually be served in whatever order the food comes out first, with an extra lane to leave if you're served early/out of queue. Access for the location isn't as simple as "make a turn off the main road and you're here" like most fast food locations. Located where Ruby Tuesday's once was.

best one I've ever been to hands down. nice staff, quick service and not yet have a wrong order.

Pit stop on our way to Charlotte & we were serviced by Jayden on the Drive Thru. Jayden can make someone’s day shift to positive with his friendly approach and attentiveness. 👍🏼👍🏼

People taking your orders fast, and where can you find a large bowl of soup 6.00 & some change..

It was my first time back since the opening and it didn't disappoint. The honey roasted BBQ(I didn't know they had) was delicious on the number 1 chicken sandwich. Then I also got the 12 pc with Polynesian cause yeah, you got to them fried not grilled lol and they were bussin and the waffle fries straight other grease they have a weave system now for the drive thru 2 lines merge into 1.

We stop at this location traveling through NC. We had the most delightful experience, the staff was so friendly and attentive!!! It definitely set the tone for our day!!!!

What more could you say about Chick-fil-A that millions of others have not. They have truly figured out fast food both in speed and quality. I highly recommend this location in Shelby.
