By far exceeded My expectation….Had The best Experience buying my new 2024 GMC. Jose explained everything helped me get the suv I truly wanted ! It was clean pulled up front without a rain drop on it for me too look at on arrival ! Jodi was amazing on the phone to help me find the one I was interested in ….. My tahoe was broken. Tommy Brooks was amazing from start to finish. Kept me informed thru the whole process of getting a new transmission. Worked with the warranty company and I didn't have to do a thing. Also fixed some thing else that was covered by GM. My car drives amazing!! Best part is I only paid $400 out of pocket for a new transmission/sensor and something with my brakes. Definitely will be coming back for all my future needs!! Thanks Tommy for everything!

Had some issues with my suburban, Tommy in the service department was exceptional. He answered all of my questions, made sure that the repairs were done in a timely manner, and dealt with the warranty company so that I did not have to argue with them. He made sure I had a loaner car to drive so that I was not out out. Supper thankful for his work and his technicians speedy work!

What a great experience Jamel an his team where amazing. I came in for just options on trading my Malibu with over 258k which was dying slowly I knew my credit was not the best an I knew my trade in was little to no value he gave me one option for some Honda and it was cute. It was reliable. It was that a good price, but I told myself the next car I get would be something that I truly wanted and I was about to go home not to mention my own personal drama that was pouring over into, the car lot Jamel was able to soak up my tears. Find me a fantastic car get me into it. His finance team was able to get my payments down to an acceptable amount. The car is fantastic and one of my dreams. They just did it all around. We bought 2 used Silverado trucks from Gastonia Chevrolet for the college I work for this week. I contacted Will Combs about the trucks I had found on line, and was the salesman we worked with throughout the process. He did a great job. The main reason I asked for him when I called about the trucks was the way he spoke to my mother and I about 10 months ago when we were researching cars for her. I got one of his cards then, and I keep it for future reference. I would recommend Will as a salesman to anyone looking for a vehicle, especially a used one.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH FRIENDLY SALESPEOPLE. I FELT COMFORTABLE AND ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED ABOUT MY TRUCK. MY SALESPERSON WAS HOSEA AND HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT WAS EXPECTED. HE TOOK THE EXTRA TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL THE OPERATIONS OF MY NEW TRUCK AND HE TOOK TIME WITH ME AFTER THE SALE TO ANSWER ANY NEW QUESTIONS I MIGHT HAVE AS I LEARNED ABOUT HOW THINGS WORKED. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.

Sales rep Katie was great to work with. I put a deposit on a 2024 Trax that's currently somewhat difficult to find. There were no stupid markups and the price they emailed me was the price I paid. They also accepted my GM supplier discount without hesitation. Yes, the finance guy will try to sell you an extended warranty but that's to be expected. And I love the Trax. It's definitely not the same vehicle as the previous generation

Great service! Had to have my Escalade towed here for a repair. had my car back within 2 business days and i was pleasantly surprised with a full interior and exterior detail! Ryan the service manager was also great! super friendly and very helpful. I own LKN Cheesecakery, and my Escalade is a work vehicle, so getting it back in a timely manner was imperative. I will definately be returning for any future needs!
