This store is NOW UNDER NEW management thank god!!! The people are so friendly and understanding verses the old people. They was able to get what I needed done without taking all dang day and explain every step of the way. If you need help like real help this is the store to go to

Went in here a few weeks ago to crawl back to T-Mobile! Tazz was great! She did all she could to make sure I got the best deal for me and my family. T-Mobile itself isn't perfect but in all honesty they're better than the rest. I really appreciated the time she spent with me and her understanding of what I wanted and NOT being pushy trying to upsell me!

The staff at this store is AMAZING! They treat EVERYONE like family! The say that the attitude of the employees is fed by the management! I would truly say that Marcia is a JEWEL for not only this Gastonia store but for the company! T-Mobile should be happy to have her!!!

My trip to t-mobile was phenomenal! Trishia was amazing to work with- when I walked into the store I was originally intending to simply price phones- she went above and beyond and helped me get exactly what I wanted all the way down to getting me my cases and screen protection installed without any bubbles or other issues without breaking the bank!
