Bank OZK has been our bank for over 10 years. Have been very happy with their service. Today we worked with Evan and want to thank him for his personal attention to our banking needs. He went an extra mile and helped us locate a bank to cash a savings bonds. Thank you Evan!

We moved to OZK from one of the "big banks". We set up our accounts in the Gastonia branch. Evan and his team have been very responsive to any questions and are just nice people to work with. It's nice to walk in and know the people with which you are banking.

I do not have an account with Bank OZK, but my fuel reimbursement checks are written through their bank. They have always been extremely polite and their customer service is second to none. After months of cashing checks, I will soon be opening an account with them. It's nice to have folks that still enjoy their job and treat the little people with the upmost respect. Thank you!
