They were very friendly and respectful when they said not too busy they meant it in and out type service

I want to give a shout out to the manager on duty today, 03/02/24 around 2pm. For some reason my debit card wasn't working and she comped my order. Thank you very much. We go to this location often and have never had any issues. Good is always fresh and employees have always been nice.

Finally had good service from the lady taking orders. Ana was very professional and patient with the other workers who seemed to ignore her when she called back for food. Kept a smile the whole time.

Anna and the whole crew are really nice people to deal with, especially when you first wake up in the morning lol you ain't trying to hear no smack.

Nikki and her team were amazing! Clean environment with a great team: everyone had a teamwork attitude and the food was hot. Thank you Nicki and the nigh shift for displaying great customer service and etiquette in the fast food environment!

For once they have children after 7pm , we have run into a situation with other local locations that after 7pm they run out of chicken and simply won't cook more

Chris m is the best employee I have ever met at a fast food restaurant going above and beyond to make us laugh while paying at the drive thru. This man is one of a kind and I highly recommend giving him a raise he truly was the happiest and most genuine

Was kinds up early this day from getting food the pantry which was unbelievable. Being from NY I'm not accustomed to receiving such good packaged items. Anyway the service was great the youngman had a great attitude for a morning shift. He even gave a little more graveyard when requested. Hope to return on my next visit.

Food is always hot however that's how the employee attitude has well

Update 10/2023. 5 stars * They built a new Bojangles at this location. It's very nice inside and out. Very clean. Wonderful staff and the food is really good ! Redeemed ! 👍. . . Old Review 1 star : 2020 : I love Bojangles chicken but this place is a wreck. The floors are always slippery. Mold on interior door frames, dirty air filter/ return in the hallway to the bathroom and there is rarely tissue or paper towels in restroom. Always dirty floors.This place needs an overhaul. I took pictures for this review. A good friend whose a Professional Chef told me that if you go into a restaurant and the bathrooms are dirty, then imagine what it's like where you can't see. Enough said. The only reason for the 1 star rating is that I couldn't rate it any lower and post this.

This is a newly built facility so it was nice seeing everything updated and new. I almost missed the viewable biscuit making station. The food was good as usual and service came with a smile.

Great food. Great sweet tea. Store was cleaned.. Cashier was on her phone behind the counter. Not a fan of hearing staff conversations..

I love go to this bojangles, from day one they have had awesome customer service, the Managers are awesome. All the workers have excellent customers service. My food is always fresh, when I ask. Never had a problem with them ever. I love them for what they do.

I've always enjoyed eating at Bojangles. First time eating there since the new building opened. Odered Cajun filet biscuit, fries and a chicken sandwich. Sandwich was ok, wouldn't order again. Cajun filet biscuit, biscuit was very hard and cold, chicken was thin, dry and overcooked, fries were cold. Paying $4.19 for cold hard biscuit is ridiculous. My daughter tried to eat it but couldn't. Threw over half of the biscuit away and all of the fries. Out of slaw. Service was 🐌 slow

Food was good and the wait was normal

Went through the drive through for dinner tonight( 10/27/2020). Indoor dining is closed for now. The line moved fairly quickly for a busy dinner time. Staff was polite and friendly. I pulled away from the window to check my order before leaving and discovered some of the chicken I had ordered was missing. Hopped out of my vehicle and notified the young lady at the drive through window. She fixed the problem right away with no issues, very good customer service. The food was hot and tasty. I would certainly recommend and look forward to returning there in the future.

Food is always good, plenty of crew in the back to expedite orders!
