The whole gym was very clean.

I recommend coming here for a good workout!

This is one of the best planet fitness gyms I've went to. They have a clean facility , Great friendly staff, & it's not that busy so that's a huge bonus. The showers actually get hot and they clean them on the regular. Have not had any issues at this gym. The only downside would be the parking. Everything else is great. Highly recommend this gym.

Brandon and Chase were helpful, knowledgeable about pre-workouts and very welcoming! The gym was clean and there was plenty of space even at 5 p.m. rush hour! Would recommend this planet fitness to anyone. Again Brandon and Chase were great!

Even when busy there is enough room to maneuver around easily. Always clean when i go (3am-6am or 1pm-6pm). Men’s bathroom always clean and doesn’t smell foul. Staff helpful and quick to rectify something brought to attention.

If more than 5 ppl in conditioning area with mat/rollers/bosu balls. It does get very hot quickly . Not complaint just information.

Great place to work out, always clean, staff always full of smiles and warm greetings when entering. My son and I enjoy working out here... Nothing bad to say.... On a side note hate it when people go to the gym, do a set on the machine and then spend 5 minutes on their phone playing, truly ridiculous..... See it every day, matter of fact, stand back and you'll see 10 people at the same time doing it... Guess I'm old school, I go to the gym to train/ get fit, and not "play" on my phone.. sorry for the rant... otherwise PF in Gastonia is awesome 👍👍👍😎

This place is pretty well rounded with numerous machines from each type. Everything is divided into sectors responsible for different muscle development. I found that to be very useful.
The staff was super polite and very helpful. They made me feel very welcome.

So clean and spacious. Visiting from another state. There are a lot of new machines and a really big place. Great staff! No lock needed for lockers, it contains locks.

only gym i’ve ever felt comfortable at! super clean and great staff:) I just wish they were 24 hours everyday in the week!

Always a friendly environment. Clean, equipment up to par and functioning. Never had a concern for my safety while here as well. I've left items in the lockers overnight by mistake and always were there when I returned. This is my 3rd year here. Started going during the pandemic when they required 6 feet of distance between treadmills. As long as I'm living in Gastonia this gym will always be my 1st choice.

Everyone there has smiles on their face greet you when you walk in very helpful and the trainer that you have there. His name is Ethan. He is very nice professional, and seems very sincere and he listens to what your goals are and gives you direction on how to achieve them, he is not pushy and he really explains things There is another gentleman there I apologize I don’t remember his name but he is very tall has curly hair young and I was looking at tanning products and he was asking me what I was looking for in a product and he recommended a product to me and I absolutely love it the manager there also young guy very professional and he was very helpful in the assistance that I needed. I really hate working out but the team there encourages me and makes me look forward to coming and that says a lot because again I really hate working out so thank you all of you

This planet fitness was not my home gym so when I arrived I had many questions. I was also out of town the week prior to where I also attended another PF. At your location , the attendant at the register was very friendly, knowledgeable, and polite! She had all the answers to my questions and even looked some things up for me about my account. I can’t remember her name and I wish I could but she did an awesome job assisting me. The facility itself was top notch, well laid out and clean, especially the locker room and locker room restroom. I would 10/10 come back and recommend!

This is my go to gym, I love the staff so friendly and helpful. It’s very clean, great equipment to use. After a good workout it’s always nice to get in the massage chair 😊

I was having an issue with being double charged for my membership from a non franchise Planet Fitness and they were very rude and not helpful at all. I then called and spoke with Amanda the Manager at my home club in Gastonia. She was extremely kind, professional, and wanted to make sure that I had a great experience when dealing with her club. She did that and much more!! I had originally planned on switching my home club, but after speaking with her, I'm not going anywhere!! I love interacting with people who enjoy their jobs, love where they work, and respect and value their customers. Job well done Amanda!!

I'm a purple monster! Love Planet Fitness and it's whole design. I've been to more than a few on the east cost and have not been disappointed with any of them.
Gastonia NC is great. Large space, many machines to choose from and the staff is helpful and friendly. Locker rooms are just right and their showers! Oh, yeah, hard work out! Hot water!

Huge fitness center, bigger than expected, very clean, staff is always very helpful

One of the better locations, clean, no hassle parking for any size vehicle, nice employees, good location.

I visited while traveling and really enjoyed it. The team members were helpful and kind. The gym is clean and well kept. They're going through a little renovation but it didn't hurt my workout at all.

The hybrid tanning bed is awesome.

Garrett was fantastic! Made me feel completely heard and seen! Set me up for success and made sure I didn't feel alone. I really appreciate his help! The gym was clean and everyone was nice. All the equipment looked to be in great condition and was cleaned regularly by the clients and the employees. I can't wait to go back!
