Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this BoA location in Gastonia. Danielle Sturgis made merging bank accounts so easy and the process was so smooth. We really appreciate all of her help and guidance through the process. She was so kind and informative when answering our questions! Thanks again Danielle for all of your help!

I have to admit there are a lot of bad reviews for this branch but I had a great experience visiting today to deposit a check I could not do on my phone app and get a legal document notarized on a very busy Friday. They are top notch people that are working with limited labor. I’ve learned to be patient and make sure people are recognized for trying to improve their service.
