Modern Medical Group - Doctor's Office & Medical Office

I love this facility. I have to visit the office every month and I could not be happier. They are very thorough and go out of their way to make sure all my medical needs are met fit for me. Things that other docs have not been able to get done for me, these doctors have. My favorite part would have to be is that when I see my doctor, Ivette she is always super friendly, seems to know the right things to ask, but she takes the time to answer all my questions, educate me on my medical issues, and never have I felt like she was in a hurry to leave the room or trying to brush me off. The entire staff is great. I can never remember the name of the lady (Keenan) behind the computer but she is super sweet and friendly and quick to take care of any needs you have. My whole family uses Modern Medical now and I have referred quite a few friends.

I was seen by Stephanie today and it was my first time seeing her. She is wonderful,sweet, and thorough. Perfect personality I actually love both Yvette and Stephanie I'm recommending them to anybody who wants to feel at ease when they have to go to a doctor. They take their time, and are very knowledgeable. The front desk staff they also are awesome! I've been going there for a couple years I absolutely love the place, you can't go wrong.

After years of going to the wrong Dr for my medical treatment. Thinking he was a good Dr and doing what was best for me. Little did I know I was more than SO WRONG. When I found Modern Medical Group(new hope family med)to say the least that was the Absolute best decision I've ever made medically. I love everyone there a few of my favorites have moved on to different things but the one that matters most, IVETTE, well let's just says she's a GOD send. Not only is she an AMAZING DR but she, actually LISTENS to what you have to say. She's an awesome FRIEND. Almost family like. She never rushes you through you apt. No matter how busy she is. She takes time to listen and I mean really listen to you and help you. If she can't find out whats the problem i then she is quick to find the right place to send you to and make sure your going be just fine. I trust this Dr office with everything in me. IVETTE IS THE GREATEST DR I'VE EVER HAD. SHE'S AMAZING... LOVE HER TO PIECES.
if you don't have a primary Dr, you need to go check out Modern Medical Group. You want be disappointed.
She's literally saved my life❤❤

As usual my visit with IVETTE was amazingly perfect. She really cares so much for each of her patients
I don't just consider her my Dr, I consider her my friend, my therapist my confidant. I love this practice. The receptionist Keenan is really nice and knows you by name. Love my Dr family

Update, the office is closed due to no medical Dr on staff. Ivette let abruptly with no warning and Marta will she left. I had to attach for a new provider when all this happened and I found someone even better. I'll miss Vette but it's on to greener patures for everyone.

I absolutely LOVE this place & my doctor Marta Kalinski is THE BEST AROUND! Best doctor I have ever had! She makes me feel very welcome and like she cares about me & my health. She takes time and listens to me. And I appreciate that so much!! I couldn't ask for a better doctor 😁

I love Modern Medical Group. They care a lot about you and your health. They didn't have any appointments available and still worked me in to get a tetanus shot. Their IV therapy is out of this world too. It has done wonders for me. I recommend this group to everyone.

After meeting the doctor, I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! It was a wonderful experience. The doctor, nurses: Angel & Angela, and even Taylor at the front desk, are so very caring. They LISTEN, and seem genuinely interested in what is best for you. Their kindness and professionalism is so refreshing and appreciated.

If you are coming to the reviews to get a general idea of the place, remember that a lot of the older, (unsatisfied) reviews seem to be from a time when there were completely different staff and doctors there. I would absolutely recommend New Hope Medical to anyone!

My first appointment is scheduled soon. But so far the staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. They certainly seem to do whatever they can to ease the new patient process. I am looking forward to meeting the doctor and the rest of the staff!

I love it here!! I was new to NC and needed a PCP and came to google. The reviews for Dr. Ivette Cintron-Cubero were spot on! In fact there are no words to describe her. She is so sweet and I feel like she knows me personally and I’ve only been seeing her for about 3 months. I feel like I’m talking to one of my girlfriends. I don’t feel rushed. She listens to all my concerns with empathy and patience.

The lady doctor is awesome! She made sure I had the meds I needed and have been taking for 10 yrs, and rather then having to come back every month for something I've been on for most of my life, made sure I had a longer supply

I moved here a little over a year ago & I'm so glad I found this practice. Ivette, Stephanie & Dr. Kalinski are always very attentive and they take the time to listen an answer any questions or concerns that I have. I'm never rushed out of the office for the next patient or a lunch break like at some other practices. And I love that I can call and make an appointment and get in without having to wait weeks .

Ivette always goes above and beyond for me and my family. She is great at what she does and I consider her part of my family. You can't find treatment like she provides. Definitely make yourself an appointment you want be disappointed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I went in as a walk in and only waited 15 minutes to be seen. The doctor was knowledgable, courteous, and willing to listen to all of my issues and concerns. I came away feeling as if my time was well spent and my concerns alleviated. I was given a much needed prescription that my former doctors office wouldn't even take the time to call in for me. Great service!

Dr. Evette and Kenan at the front desk are the best! Everyone at Modern Medical Group always goes above and beyond for all patients from the time you call to schedule an appointment to the time you check in to your appointment and wait to be seen by a doctor. I especially go 25 minutes out of my way to this office because the customer service and care given to you by every lady in this office can not be found easily at anywhere else!!

Had my appt over the telephone this time because they were filled up but always make sure they take care of their patients. I believe is a new service they offer. It was quick, fantastic, informative & this dr office just keeps getting better & better! If you're looking for a doctor in the Gastonia area, you have to visit these great people at Modern Medical. The entire staff is awesome from the front desk.. to the nurses & the best doctors in this area!! I promise, you will be glad you switched from your current doctor to Modern Medical. Give them a try....you will be glad you did!!

Dr. Cintron is a wonderful
Doctor. She is willing to listen and never makes you feel rushed. She goes beyond most Doctors and makes you feel that you are her main responsibility. I highly recommend her!

Ivette is the best, she's personable and sweet and truly cares about her patients. If she ever left I would most definitely follow her wherever she went. Thanks for everything you've done for not only me but my little family ❤

I’m so glad I found this place! No one has ever taken care of me the way Dr Yvette Cintron-Cubero has. She acts as if I’m only her only patient, taking her time and making sure that I have the proper care/medication. She really focuses on your needs at the time of your appointment.

Best kept secret in Gaston County.
Staff is very professional, kind and knowledgeable. They take time to listen if you have special concern's and answer questions you may have. They DON'T treat you like a number, and lump you into one category. My husband and I are so grateful.

Convenient hours and I don't have to take off work to be seen for obgyn issues, feeling sick, to get prescriptions or anything because they keep evening appointment hours, weekend, and walk-in availability.
