I have always had my taxes service on the Military base. This was my first official year having my taxes service through Jackson Hewitt. I was referred from a family member to schedule appointment with the tax professional Robin. Upon my appointment till the end of my service was superb. Robin is very well educated and knowledge about her job. Professional and engaging in the needs and questions throughout the process. Very helpful on explaining each process till the end. Respectful of your decisions and might I add attentive listener. Definitely would refer her to anyone in the Jacksonville area. Such a delight. I give her a total of 5 stars. However, I am not to fond of the open floor plan because you are discussion numbers and personal information I believe this should re plan of the safety and PPI of others! She whisper and so did upon a random -walk in when discussing bank information. Reason for the establishment 4 stars, Other than! Amazing service.

I've used JHTS for a few years now & never have I been disappointed. I just had Deanna help me in the Jax location. Courteous, knowledgeable, fast & a great sense of humor!

Mrs. Robin was very helpful and kind. I met her September (2019) upon my 6 year deployment around the world. My (2018) tax were all messed-up and she took the time call the IRS and figure out what the problem was and help me find a solution.
