Asheville Ear Nose & Throat

My first appointment was scheduled for Monday, March 11, 2024. I got sick and called the office to reschedule. They were extremely understanding and rescheduled me for Wednesday, March 13, 2024. I arrived to a immaculate office and the receptionist was so very nice. My wait time was minimal and the nurse was so friendly and explained to me what the doctor would be doing. Dr. Seal was wonderful and answered all my questions. The office is friendly, professional and warm. I highly recommend this group to anyone.

Dr. Jason Roberts is absolutely wonderful. he performed surgery on our daughter when she was 1.5 yo and seeing her now at 6 for recurring acute tonsillitis. He spoke directly to her upon entering the room at her appointment instead of talking to me which she loved. He is conservative in his care and offers reasoning for his decision making along with alternative plans. 10/10 recommend!

I am very pleased with my doctor's referral to this practice. Dr Seal is excellent. I actually needed to have a surgical procedure and feel that I was in excellent hands. I saw some reviews that complained about Dr Seal's bedside manner; I don't know what others expect, but I understand that not everyone is a raging extrovert. I'd much prefer a thoughtful, focused, doctor and diagnostician than a court jester. I recommend Dr Seal, his practice and his surgical team. Follow up visits have been attentive and helpful.

The medical assistant who showed me to the exam room was very pleasant and friendly. He made me feel very relaxed. Dr. Lane was also pleasant and friendly. My exam was very quick but he adequately and directly explained my situation. He said I could have surgery if I choose to but offered alternatives , which I appreciated.

Adam was definitely the star of the show at Asheville Ear, Nose & Throat. When Avora Therapy couldn't give me an appointment for my vertigo for two months, Adam tracked down Dr. Lane right before he left for vacation to get me another referral. Adam is not only efficient and skilled at his job. He is a kind man who can find the right slot for each patient, but he can also do a lot more. I think he probably leaves each caller feeling a little better about himself or herself--or at least a little happier for having talked with such an engaging, charming person.

Building was easy to find, staff was very communicative and kind. I got there early to fill out paper work and in turn I was seen a little earlier. All staff was very kind to my son, took time to explain things, and didn't rush me out at all. It was a great experience!

I was extremely happy with Dr. Currens! Her was wonderful with my 7 year old and answered all my questions in a kind manner. We got a call to schedule that very same day as well!

From the moment i walked in the door, I felt welcomed. I did not sit and wait long for each step of my appointment. Dr. Moore and the staff were very efficient and friendly.

I called to make an appointment at Asheville ENT, and was given an appointment for the next day. I arrived almost 30 minutes early, waited about 5 minutes, then was called back to see the doctor. The assistant was very attentive and thorough. The doctor came in shortly afterwards and listened carefully and was very responsive to my questions and my description of my symptoms. After examining me he offered a couple of ways we could proceed. He made a recommendation, but let me choose. I left the office 5 minutes after the time of my regularly scheduled appointment. I was impressed and highly recommend them!

The Team of Asheville Ear,Nose and Throat did a great job! The septoplasty done by Dr Melvin improved my breathing very much. The procedure was painless and without any problems.

I recently had sinus surgery done by Dr. Rheney. From my experiences he seems to be a wonderful doctor! But I also want to point out that his nurse Theresa is absolutely FABULOUS. So kind, so empathetic, and all around just a great person. I’ve had several conversations with her and she really is just wonderful.

Extraordinarily well-managed office! Staff very helpful and polite. My first experience with my physician Dr. Stephen Seal instilled confidence in him and his staff. Highly recommend!

Knowledgeable doctor, quick results of CT scan with the doctor explaining what the scan showed. Quick scheduling of further required help for the diagnosis. Friendly & compassionate staff. Paper work was manageable on-line & minimal @ the clinic. Excellent results from sinus surgery.

I experienced a surgery from Dr Moore, when he installed an Inspire device. The consultation prepared me well for the surgery. The surgical center was friendly and professional. The procedure went well and I recovered quickly. Dr Moore and his team were very kind and professional. My recovery was remarkably smooth. I recommend them highly.

I can't say enough good things about this practice, and Dr. Melvin. I was referred to the practice after breaking my nose in a pickle ball accident. In preparing to reset my nose, Dr. Melvin saw in the x-ray that I had previously broken my nose and had a deviated septum, two things that I was not even aware of. He did a great job in fixing my nose and my breathing is much improved. In recovering, I had problems with abnormal bleeding since I am on blood thinners. Dr. Melvin was very responsive in having me come in to clean up the bloody mess and insert a synthetic material to help stop the bleeding. All of my visits have been very efficient with minimal waiting times, prompt and attentive treatment.

I had a great follow-up visit with Dr. Melvin! He is a wonderfully skilled surgeon, yet he is very down to earth, funny and kind.

Absolutely excellent practice with very qualified, diligent doctors aiming to give patients the best care possible. Dr Carlie Runge is leaving the practice to move out of state and she will be sorely missed. She works hard to give the best quality hearing for those of us who suffer with serious hearing loss. I will stay with this practice and continue to be treated with the greatest care

The front receptionist was very pleasant and positive. The medical staff were pleasant and knowkedgeable. My hearing specialist was great. Dr Labe is a great doctor. He made me feel very comfortable and took time to explain things to me making certain I understood. He was spot on in referring me for the therapy I need.

Dr. CURRENS is absolutely wonderful!! I saw him for the time recently and I was so impressed with his caring demeanor and genuine concern for my problem. He was so thorough and I did not feel rushed at all! He taught me alot in that visit and I left that appointment at such ease!! I was also impressed with Ashley in Audiology whom I saw first! She took time to explain things to me and also had a very caring demeanor about her as well! The whole practice from reception to meeting Dr. CURRENS was top notch!! I would highly recommend Dr. CURRENS and Asheville Ear, Nose, and Throat to anyone needing this type of specialist!!!

It was the smoothest visit to a doctor’s office that I ever have had!! My health brought me to see many doctors along my way. I share my experience from my visit because I know it means a lot to consider other peoples experience in choosing a doctor. My time is valuable to me so my words here say yes, it was smooth and worth your time!!
