This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Brent was amazing and did exactly what he said he would do in the time he said he would do it. The team that put our roof on we’re fast and respectful of our lawn and flowers. They placed drop cloths all over the lawn to catch falling shingles and by the end of the day, they were completely finished and everything was clean. Thank you so much for such great service. See you in about 30 years when we need you again!

We had CR&VS replace our old cement board with gorgeous vinyl Board & Batten. When I first spoke to Braeden about this project, I found him to be professional, courteous and very helpful by answering all our questions with great explanations, so we understood the details. He gave us total respect with his time and answers. I never felt I was getting a "pitch." He stood by us through the entire project by frequently giving us a call and was always available when I had a question. I never worried about the project as the crew was wonderful and I felt they certainly knew their craft. As Project Manager, Braeden was on site several times to see how it was all going. CR&VS also replaced all the wood trim around my windows with PVC. This included a great deal of decorative trim around my front windows. Any issues that arose were taken seriously and completed without question. Braeden ensured our complete & total satisfaction as well as peace of mind that the work was done correctly. With Braeden, it was never a no, but it was, "Let's see what we can do to make it work." When I am ready to replace windows, I will certainly call on Braeden with CR&VS. I have the most beautiful home in the neighborhood! And we are VERY HAPPY and thrilled! Braeden is such an asset to CR&VS. I certainly recommend CR&VS!

Worked with Rob Schmidt to do all kinds of stuff roofing and roofing related on my home at North Raleigh. His worker bees work hard. They made sure my tiny plants weren't damaged during the teardown process of my 8000 sqft home. I did following work
*New luxury shingles (Camelot in front face of the home) from GAF
*12KW GAF timberline solar panels. The panels has good appearance. Keep connections as simple as possible and make sure you are a good solar candidate
*Gutter replacement with Gutter guard and downspouts ( finally I don't have to scoop out pounds and pounds of debris and pine leaves from my gutter)
*Chimney cap replacement
*Replacing rotted fascias in my dormers and various areas with non-rotting PVC ( I'm quite optimistic about this one)

So overall, I am rating Rob quite high for being professional, solving issues promptly and making my home look brand new.

Braedan and Amanda were both super helpful! I can't speak to the quality of the work yet, but they were quick to respond to my questions and Braedan didn't hesitate to provide detailed explanations of the work we would need done and why. I appreciate that he also told me what repairs could wait and which were more important to handle sooner.

We had our roof replaced and the entire experience was simple, quick, and stress-free. The Project Manager, Brent, was kind, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. The workers replacing the roof did an awesome job. They were on time and worked quickly through the morning and early afternoon. They also left the area around our home debris/trash free. We had a wonderful experience with this company. They came to us as a third party install company. But our experience with the sales company was AWFUL! I was SO grateful for Carolina Roofing and Vinyl siding. I will 100% work with them DIRECTLY next time we need something done on our home. They were professional and did exemplary work! Our house wasn't the easiest house to work with... so many surprises and they worked through them and communicated wonderfully with us. I would recommend them to anyone who needs large projects done. I needed a roof due to wind and hail damage. I contacted several contractors, most had to be chased down. I also saw roofers working on other houses in my neighborhood from different company's over the last few years. I noticed some jobs sputtered along for 2 or 3 days. Carolina roofing was in and out in less than a day. They seemed to have their system down! I walked up and got a card from one of the guys who gave me Brent Fortuny's number. Brent responded to my text within minutes. I was really impressed with his knowledge and especially his honesty and integrity. Everything happened exactly like he told me. He even helped me get approval from my community HOA. Brent inspected the roof the same day. He actually found more damage than the insurance company's adjuster and arranged for insurance to pay for it after their initial estimate! Thanks to Brent, I was well informed and knew my insurance company's response before I contacted them, and what really impressed me was that they knew of him and spoke highly of him...WOW! Needless to say , the job got scheduled and was done quickly in less than a day. If I was not on site while they were working, I would not have known they were ever there as they left nothing behind except for a beautiful roof! I love Carolina Roofing and plan to have them replace the roof on my second home. Thanks Brent and the crew for going way above and beyond!!

Just an awesome job from beginning to end!!! They answered the phone at 11pm and showed up a 9am the next day and dried in the roof, championed getting everything covered by insurance and repaired the damage!!! Couldn’t be happier, use them for your roofing and repair work!!!!

Great job with great follow through. Scotty carefully examined our roof after a severe hail storm and circled all the damaged areas. He explained the whole process of what to do with the insurance and what options we had for roofing materials. When the insurance company field adjuster came, Scotty came as well to show the areas of damage. After approval, the team that came out did a very neat and professional job of tearing down the old shingles and putting up the new. They cleaned up everything with few stray nails left behind. I'm glad I found this company and will use them again if needed.

I had my roof replaced by Carolina Roofing after seeing his crew at work on my neighbors house. My neighbour could not stop talking about how great they were. I had to give them a try and boy was I glad I did for they did not disappoint!!

Worked with Kenny from start to finish. Had a complete house makeover. HD roof shingles and metal over porch. Color change beaded siding. Shake accent and board and batten shutters. They were awesome in helping us navigate with the insurance company and followed up consistently to make sure we were making progress with our claim. We had to contact our insurance company multiple times and submit pictures more than once - Jenn & Jeremy made it easy to know what we should be receiving from the Insurance company and how to get it. They performed the roof replacement within one day and the roofers were friendly leaving minimal debris behind. We would use their service again and recommend them!

We got new vinyl siding on our home and wow, what a difference! It looks amazing. Our experience with this team was awesome! Even with delays because of our HOA and supply delays due to COVID, our project manager Braden made sure we were constantly updated and made the project easy and smooth. He was super helpful, very eager to answer our millions of questions and was always available to guide us through the whole process. I received bids to replace my shingle roof on my sf home from 3 different roofing contractors due to wind damage in mid Feb. I decided to work with Kenny Schmidt who was professional, responsive, provided a clear estimate and timeline and wasn't pushy. He followed up several times giving me plenty of notice when he would be by or call to review the plan or to check out the shingle selection. His crew arrived on time, did excellent work, and cleaned up as though never there. Most importantly, Kenny's customer service and attention was excellent.
