Asheville Detours

We recently did a The Team Building Detour as an activity for diverse group of 27 professionals from throughout the US. Kasey was extremely communicative and accommodating through the entire process. She broke the group up into 3 smaller groups to allow everyone to be able to participate. She greeted us at our first stop and explained how the clues and hunt would work — she had so much positive energy, with jokes, fun swag, and candy to get us started on the right foot. The clues and stops were thoughtfully curated to give the teams a variety of experiences. Everyone had an amazing time and it was a great way to bond in a casual setting. I visit Asheville fairly regularly (~2X/year) and the tour showed me some new spots and new facts about Asheville. Highly recommend Asheville Detours as a fun activity for your next group outing - whether it’s a corporate group, bachelorette party, family outing, church group, etc. Thanks so much, Kasey!

Asheville Detours is a great way to explore downtown Asheville. Our group of four did the Eats and Drinks Tour and it was great! It was well organized and a lot of fun! I just sent the details to a friend as a "must do" as she plans her upcoming trip to Asheville.

I had a group of 10 gals that wanted to explore Asheville while celebrating our good friend on her bachelorette trip. Asheville Detours was a perfect fit! Kasey was so patient and worked with us to create an experience that everyone enjoyed! While we were on the Detour, business owners kept saying what a great idea it was and how much they enjoyed being a part of it! My gals loved it and I would recommend this to anyone! Thank you Kasey and your awesome team!!

We did a Bachelorette Detour this weekend and had a blast! We started off with drinks and apps at the Twisted Laurel, moved on to honey tasting at the Bee Charmer, then enjoyed some painting at Fired Up, relaxed with some fun drinks at Cultivated Cocktails, picked up some fun gifts at VaVaVoom, and ended with some truffles at Asheville Chocolate. This was such a fun way to spend some time getting to explore some local spots in downtown Asheville. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

The only downfall was that there's a minimum of four guests for the Bachelorette Detour (stated on the website). So, while we paid for 4 people, we only got enough food/drinks/souvenirs for the three of us!

Kasey and her team are amazing! We did the bachelorette scavenger hunt while in town celebrating my sister last weekend and we had an absolute blast! Everything was timed so well and the stops were perfect for our group. This was a fantastic way to discover some awesome places in downtown Asheville. Highly recommend!!

We had the best time on our Bachelorette detour! It was the coolest thing we did all weekend. The food and drinks were great. It’s such a fun way to see Asheville with a purpose. Our group raved about it all weekend! If you’re thinking about booking it, do it. Also a very good value we thought!

I am the maid of honor for my lifelong bestfriend this year and our first stop was with Asheville Detours for the Scavenger hunt, there were 6 of us and it was such a wonderful group activity! It was the first stop/event of our trip and it set such an amazing tone for the whole weekend, you really get a great bang for you buck!! I could not recommend this more for any group event not just a bachelorette trip!!

Had a bachelorette party in Asheville- the party are majority from out of town and this was such a fun way to get to know the city! We were able to see more in 4 hrs than we could have been ourselves and met so many people along the way! Felt like VIPs and and were delighted with the scavenger hunt and all the goodies that were included. Would highly recommend! Thank you Kasey!

We did a bachelorette scavenger hunt detour for my sisters bachelorette party and it was wonderful!!!! We had a blast and loved each place we got to visit. The time and effort put into this shows, and it is so worth it! The gifts and activities were all a blast and we got to see things we would’ve never seen other wise!

My friends and I did the bachelorette tour on Labor Day Weekend and had a blast! Our tour organizer, Casey, explained all the instructions clearly at the first stop. She was wonderful and we had a 10/10 experience!

This scavenger hunt far exceed our expectations! It was fantastic. It was themed towards our bachelorette party weekend and been got to experience some amazing local places around Ashville. The clues were so helpful and we loved using the map to get around town. Each stop was such a fun experience and they were incredibly accommodating about our dietary restrictions. I would highly recommend!

We did the Asheville Detour as a party of six. It was a perfect combination of walking tour, scavenger hunt, educational opportunity and local shopping. It is hard to pick my favorite of the five stops we made because they were all so uniquely enjoyable. We also got to enjoy a walking tour of Asheville. Would recommend to anyone

What a great way to find some off the beaten path places to explore in downtown Asheville! Every place we went to was amazing, all while getting historical facts about those places! Highly recommend. They are stroller/baby friendly.

We visited Asheville for a bachelorette party last weekend and had such a wonderful time on our tour! Our favorite stop was definitely the crafts portion- it was nice to be able to sit together and chat for awhile. Doing the tour really allowed us to find so many sweet hidden gems of Asheville and each location was unique. It was perfect to celebrate our bride to be! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend doing a tour for your next visit!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this company!! Coming from out of state (even tho I’m familiar with Asheville) I wanted to make sure the bride experienced Asheville to the max. Asheville detour did just that and more! This fun and upbeat scavenger hunt had us going places I’ve never been before! The lady who met with us in the beginning explained everything so well and was so sweet. When one of our girls couldn’t make it last minute because of a family emergency they refunded us her portion though we didn’t ask for it. I will 1000% be going back to Asheville and doing this tour again! It was definitely the highlight of the bach trip. THANK YOU!

A fabulous experience! I and a group of 11 other girlfriends enjoyed the bachelorette tour with Asheville Detours this past weekend, and we had such a great time!! It was the PERFECT activity for our celebration -- so fun and unique, a wonderful mix of shops/stops, and a great way to walk around downtown Asheville. Our bride-to-be raved about how much she enjoyed it, so it was a great success!

Asheville Detours is a MUST do during your trip to Asheville! We were visiting for a bachelorette trip and chose the bachelorette option. When I tell you this was the highlight of our trip! It was so much fun to have your day basically planned out for you and for each stop to be a surprise to the entire group! We will DEFINITELY be booking another trip when we come back.

We did a company outing with Asheville Detours in downtown Asheville and everyone had a great time! Awesome locations for each stop and the scavenger hunt kept everyone entertained along the way. We highly recommend Kasey and the Asheville Detours group and will be sure to use them again!
