Bailey's Automotive Repair

I've been taking my cars to Neil for a year now. I'm very pleased with the quality of care and repair and his rates. He's straight as an arrow. I highly recommend Neil Bailey for automotive repair needs. An update: I recently took my Lexus in for a timing belt change, thinking I was 10K miles past due at 205K miles. Neil calls me, informs me per the hidden sticker, the timing belts were change one year ago at 185K miles. I questioned it. He removes just enough to visually confirm their newness. He saved me $$$$$$. In the process, reminded me the annual inspection was due which he completed. He saved me money and time. Thanks Neil.

This is a very nice place with rockers and bench on the front porch area, and barrel flower planters beautiful in the summer ...nice to sit and wait if you are waiting..very nice honest people.. i love going there !! They are straight forward nice honest people that do a great job ! Our community is lucky to have them !

Wow. Where do I start? I have a 2001 GMC Yukon. I just bought it and the ac wasn't working. Full of freon. My guess is the compressor is bad. 175 at Advance no big deal. I drop ot off at Auto Repair and machine shop. I always nervous when my car is fetting "looked" at. I am waiting then I get a call from the mechanic who is also the owner and he tells me that he has good news. The belt broke or came off my ac unit and it was a super cheap fix. She could have got me for 250 to 300 bucks easy. That is what I was expecting to pay. I am stunned and so happy that good honest people exist. Neal did a great job and his wife works there also. Nice honest family run business. Highly recommend!.

I have been going to Bailey's for several years and have had great service from them. I recommend taking your vehicles there, I think they do small repairs and major auto work too.

I sent a friend of mine to see Jamie. 7.3 diesel , hard starting problem.
Got him straightened out and back on the road.

Had my vehicle inspected elsewhere and took to these guys already knowing I had a bad 02 sensor that needed replacing. Car sat out all afternoon until I called to check on it only to find out they hadn’t even touched the car (said they couldn’t find the key - but they never called me). They called me an hour later to tell me the part was going to be $200 and then another $200 after that (never specified but I assume labor). I felt that may be on the high side so I told them I’d go get the car. Then after I declined for them to do the work I heard a man in background yelling that it’s still going to be $100 and I owe them $100 regardless. Guess I’ll bite the bullet on that one, learn from this mistake and move on. I definitely don’t recommend this place.
