Pretty annoying to rent a uhaul from this location. Didn’t have the right dolly and they dispatched me wrong. They are unsure how to be a U-haul dealer.

In all my time renting from U-Haul, I have never seen any service like I did receive from Discount Restaurant Equipment & Supplies. First of all, the location is hazardous, muddy and filthy. Secondly, James was very rude and all he cared about was money. I understand trucks need to be returned on time. But for a proprietor of unsanitary location like that to say that " If you rent a U-Haul at 5:35 PM, I don't care whether it is raining or not, you return it at 5:35 PM. I don't care what the situation it is that made you return the truck late" is an absolute myopic view of running a business (as if there was a client needing the truck at night). Next I will be escalating my complaint with U-Haul corporation to ensure they know how regrettable location and inferior service provider like James and Discount Restaurant & Equipment Supplies are. NEVER again will I use U-Haul and I will make it my personal mission to warn family and friends from the deception. You cannot advertise yourself as a 24-hour return location when you do not even provide the service but quick to grab $$ from unsuspecting clients!

Tried to call them to see if they had a stirring paddle for a large cast iron pot. No answer. So I emailed them and a week later, no response. One star is one too many.

They should announce when you really have it, they made me go from Greenville 2 times to arrive and tell me that you didn't have what I was going to buy you, you're just wasting time

Avoid. You ask a question and they tell you one thing about equipment but it ends up being different. They dont return calls or texts and installers they use are incompetent. Spend a little more and go somewhere else bc you will end up spending more eventually with this guy.

Claimed they had a item in stock. Drove over a hour. Didn't have it.
