Pizza Hut

I’d made an online order the night before that was kinda late, online it said the store closed at 12 but I got there around 1145-ish but they’d already closed. I come back the next day to see about picking them up and placing another order, the lady who worked with me was so incredibly nice. She explained to me the situation as far as the first transaction being cancelled and all the small details. She was very pleasant to talk with. Very welcoming. I believe her was name was Alyssa, according to my receipt at least. I’d normally order from the store in Richlands but they don’t seem to be as friendly. This store will definitely have more of my business!!!

I went to the pizza hut on Gum Branch. Aly is a sweetheart. She made sure my wings had extra sauce on them. This is my favorite pizza hut!!

We been going to and ordering pizza from the Pizza Hut in Jacksonville NC , located on Gum Branch Rd. since it was built over 40 years ago. We now have a Saturday night routine of pizza from the Hut. I like to call the order in and pick up , so as to stop by the grocery store for something. I give five stars because the people work hard and the food is good. However , when I call to order now , I get an outsourced call center that tries to upsale me extra cheese , breadsticks , drinks etc., it’s just aggravating and time consuming , we know what we want to order . Ordering pizza shouldn’t be like buying a car.

Google....if I'm there for 6+ hours please don't ask how my visit was. Clearly I'm not there to order food or see my grandma.

I am alittle late on this review but I felt I need to give recognition to Tammy, Ripley, and Kanna. I stopped by to pick up one of their dinner boxes on my way home. When I got there they told me about 20 minutes. I could tell they were very busy and understaffed. All together I ended waiting for an additional 15 minutes or so. During that time I was given a complimentary soda courtesy of Tammy without a second thought. Additionally, Ripley and Kanna were great at keeping me updated on my order and maintaining communication with me instead of hiding behind the counter. Now this may not seem like a big deal, but this goes to show a great deal of dedication toward their customer service. Most places would not even bother to maintain any form of communication, leaving the customer to ultimately get upset and aggravated. I eventually received my food and thanked them for their service and not make me feel like just another aggravated customer.

Alyssa, the general manager was very supportive of the local BSA Troop 713. And support of our eagle project, handling a huge order of pizzas with zero errors, pizza was tasty hot and on time.

Pizza is always fresh and hot. I remember when I was in highschool I use to go to this location. At that time they had a salad bar, pizza bar and booths. Seems now all you can do is call in a order or order in place and wait, they do use door dash for delivery.

Perfect as always! There was only one woman working making the pizza's and she did an awesome job of taking My order and keeping the store running smoothly! 👍

I love my personal pan pizza and it is delicious and cooked right best of the best 🤤

I have ordered from here many times and it is always a pleasure to get my order. I have always received the correct order and it always tastes great. They also usually deliver in a timely manner. I don't see how it could have such negative reviews. Keep up the good work!

Pizza was very good. The gentleman that rang up my order was very nice, friendly and had a smile on his face. Nice to get greeted this way.

Very friendly staff here, a very tight knit family like unit that creates a great atmosphere throughout the building. The new management has really turned the place around and made it a lot better.

Awesome service, our server was literally the best we have had in past 6 months at any restaurant. Food was great, salad bar fresh, great place for family dinner night.
