I want to give a HUGE shout out to the gentlemen at the Goldsboro, NC location. I needed a new, easily accessible truck bed cover. I shopped, pondered, selected and ordered. Chris was knowledgeable, patient and courteous as he demonstrated the options and mechanisms that were best suited for me. The cover arrived quickly, and was installed quickly. The customer service provided by the gentlemen at the Goldsboro NC Leonard's location were knowledgeable, courteous, professional, efficient, helpful and absolutely the best. I purchased a Trifold Hard-Top Cover for my 2017 Denali 2500 @ Leonard located in Goldsboro,NC and made an appointment to have it installed @1:00 PM Thursday afternoon but I called them and told them that I needed my cover installed earlier than the appointed time. They were so courteous and told me to come on in. These were some of the most professional and respectful people that I’ve had the honor to interact with. I wish all and every business establishment were so respectful. Thank you guys for your professionalism and hospitality.

I'm not from the area, but I was passing through last week on my way back from Kinston and decided to stop as I was looking for a landscaping utility trailer. Chris Murphrey met me outside and took the time to answer all of my questions. I told him I needed some time to think it over, and he did not pressure me to make a purchase at all. He gave me his business card and said I could call him if I had any questions, and he would be there if I decided to move forward. After sleeping on it, I decided to buy the 6x10 mesh sided utility trailer from them. Even though this location was quite a ways out of my way, I decided to go back to them as they were very professional and helpful, and took the time to carefully answer my many questions. I would highly recommend them if you're in the hunt for a good quality utility trailer. They set me up with the right size dropper drawbar and even got it all hitched it up while I was doing the paperwork! I would not hesitate to go out of my way to do business with them again. I felt like they had my best interest in mind and set me up with the right trailer for my needs.

I had called a week ahead to see if they had a hitch cargo carrier for my jeep— and they did. When we arrived they showed us the item explained our options and installed it to see if it was what we wanted. Yes— we purchased it.
Very friendly and knowledgeable service— we will return to this business again if other items are needed.

Frank and Chris helped me navigate designs and styles and found exactly the building we wanted. Frank has just been wonderful in regards to outfitting our F250 ford with accessories as well as customizing a dual hitch for us. Note the spare tire holder in photo and then note the addition of lower second hitch (courtesy of Frank!!) with a dual purpose of allowing us to fly the US flag while camping as well as using said second hitch for our bike rack while in transit. I received great services with this company. I knew what I wanted for my truck but wasn’t sure how to go about it. They educated me on what I needed to get for what I wanted! I love the results! They had a few family emergency so it took a little longer than usual. But they were honest, detailed, and communicated to me every step of the way. They even accommodated me with transporting me because I didn’t have anyone to drop me off at the store. I really appreciated that to the highest! I enjoyed the conversation with the employees also! This was my first experience with purchasing and installation of accessories for my truck. I chose this shop based on Google reviews and I was not disappointed! Most shops want your purchase and an in-out deal. These folks take the time to make you feel like you're more than just a buyer.

The constant flow of communication from the time of purchase to shipping to installation was amazing. I never had to worry about being in the dark with my order status. The installation was carefully and expertly done as well as expedient.

Anytime I’ve ever had an issue with my jeep or truck, these guys have pulled through. They’re not happy unless their customers are happy. Their prices beat any dealership and have always done quality work. They take pride in their work and care for the customer. I will always give them my business.

We went in with questions about accessories including tool box options and weather tech floor mats. Frank and his team were able to answer all our questions and help my husband figure out what he really wanted. They even called to make sure we couldn’t get new hydraulic arm for his old box before we bought a Cam Locker. They also have a great selection of trailers for those looking for one. I highly recommend them. Especially since they didn’t make me feel like I was less important due to my being female which I have experienced when dealing with other places when purchasing automotive accessories or parts before.

I wanted to thank Frank and his team. My Dad was passing through town on a long 2,000 mile road trip. He was having intermittent trouble with his trailer brakes. Instead of spending all day troubleshooting wires, I suggested he take it to Frank and see if he could figure it out. They were so busy with a delivery truck and other customers. Frank assured us he could help. They grabbed there tools and jumped right on it. After some great troubleshooting and some fancy tools they found the problems. We not only needed to replace the replace the brake controller (they had a new one on the shelf), but they also found some loose wires on the trailer brakes themselves. Sometimes wiring can be a real challenge even for skilled mechanics. These guys were so professional and friendly, we knew we had made the right decision. I will definitely recommend everyone here. My Dad left town knowing he would be safe and stress free. Thank you guys so much.

My wife and I went in to purchase a tool box for my truck. We were surprised at the variety of options available at this locally owned store. I ended up walking out with a brand new Cam Locker tool box, which was a brand,we had not originally considered. Frank and his team, took the time to listen to me, and helped me select the best tool box for my truck. My wife and I left very happy as well as surprised at the warm hospitality and service of this local Leonard dealer.

Absolutely pleased with how fast and great the customer service was when I went in to see finance options on cargo trailers, then ended up leaving with a 6x12 the same day. Chris and his team are great. I went in a couple of weeks ago to get some things done on my truck and they have went above and beyond on getting it done. It looks amazing and drives amazing. Will definitely be back!

My fiance and I recently contacted leonards buildings to find a trailer for our jeep! I cant express how perfessional and helpful everyone is there ! We were looking to finance one, when i called they took all my info and called the next day to let me know I was approved . Unfortunately for the trailer size we were looking for it would take a few weeks to come in . Ofcourse my fiancé is impatient and wanted one now😆...so we contemplated, I had told them id be in the next day to take a look at the options, that next day they called to let me know they had one come in that might be perfect for us ! Happy to say we drove up there that minute and im so happy we did ! My fiance loves his trailer! They were so kind to show me how to hook it up and the process only took a few minutes to be out the door ! We will be returning to have the lights for the trailer done here wouldnt think to go anywhere else 😀

Thank you Frank for our second building from you. Frank makes it so easy to get the perfect building for your needs. On the building that Ryan and I just purchased a week ago, the side door wouldn't close as it should. I called Frank and the very next morning he was here. Within an hour my door was fixed. It would be crazy to go anywhere else. We couldn't be more pleased with Frank and his team!!!

10 years ago we got a hard top cover for our Frontier bed at this store. The people were fabulous. I stopped in today looking for a novelty birthday present for my husband, a trailer plug, and the gentleman was so friendly, accommodating and courteous. I certainly appreciate this kind of customer service!!!!!

Chris was fantastic. I casually mentioned that I might go camping and he offered to wire the lights directly to the battery to make it more convenient. He and his team were wonderful.
