The only dealer at the time I could find with a decent selection of Redback boots in stock. Drove over 5hrs to the store just to confirm, size, and purchase a pair. Blake was incredibly patient in the sizing process going back and forth with multiple styles and sizes. Purchased 2 pair and entire staff patiently waited till closing hours for me to finalize purchase. Incredible customer service all around.

I highly recommend this company, I’ve never experienced customer service like I have her before. I ordered a pair of Dan Post python skins for two weddings, the first place I ordered from took my money and tried to tell me it would be 2 months since they have issues trying to get the boots through customs… I got ahold of this place, they had my order shipped the same day I placed, I got the boots and realized I needed a half size bigger. NO PROBLEM! I’m being sent the right size to ensure my satisfaction, and you don’t get that every often. Thank you Jeannie! They need to give you a raise, not sure what you make now but it’s not enough with the way you treat customers.

One of the absolute best customer service experiences i have ever had! I ordered a pair of Redback boots, and being Australian the sizes are different. I called and they already shipped the first pair. But they sent me the correct size with a return slip for the old set before i received the first set. They went way above and beyond what a company should do, and i STRONGLY recommend this compnay! Local places always provide amazing service for people! I can never understand why people always shop at big box stores! Thank you so much for your absolutely amazing customer Service Country View Western!!!! You guys are The best!!

I went yesterday 1-25-22 and picked up 2 new pairs of boots. Tyler asked if I needed any help finding anything. I didn’t find what I came for but Tyler didn’t give up until he found a boot that would work for me. It was even better because it was on sale. Tyler was so helpful that I decided I’d pick up a second pair. He was very knowledgeable about the boots and was all around a very good person to deal with. Pay Tyler more and keep him around because people like him with customer service skills, are not a every day thing in people anymore. I will be back again and when I do I hope he is there to help me.

I love the store. The quality and selection are really good. Prices are great. Sometimes the younger sales staff can seem annoyed if I want to try multiple items ( I almost always make a purchase) but they aren't rude so I still have to give 5 stars.

Great store for western wear. You can be dressed head to toe, male, female, even children. Accessories available also. A little pricey.

After my $800 total🤣 I love the boots we got!!! 2 for him 2 for me💗 I'm saving now to come back for more! Also check out the clearance room!!! I racked up in there on plus size tops! From $5 to $12!! And these are BEAUTIFUL TOPS!!!

The employee I talked to was very helpful but not a pushy salesman either. I was able to go find what I needed and leave and they have a large variety of name brand products at reasonable prices. Great shopping experience.
