Lady at the Vital records went above and beyond, it was cold and raining. I had my daughter with me, no umbrella no wat to carry one. The lady took her time to walk two blocks in the rain to keep us dry. Thank you again.

Great infrastructure. This location hears for traffic violations as well. You have a paid public parking in the lane perpendicular to the building.
