It’s always a joy to see her. The treatment is painless and there’s no recovery time and it includes a skin tightening which Cool sculpting does not include. I melted inches around my waist which I couldn’t do with regular exercises and diet. My journey with GBBF began, initially, at the end of July.
I reached out on the website and was beginning to get discouraged as nighttime approached, as I hadn’t heard back from anyone.
However, around 7:30pm Kristen called me and filled me in on everything worked.
We set up my initial, free, consultation and my husband and I were both so pleased with how in detail she was about the procedures , and how knowledgeable she was about it all.
I’m halfway through my package, today, and have lost 5” in my waist area, and my love handles, which I detested, are shrinking weekly.
Kristen is the absolute best, at what she does, and has the greatest personality.
I so enjoy receiving my comparison photos she sends to me too.
My sessions are the highlight of my week now.

I have been going to this wonderful place for approximately a month and a half and I am loving the results and the professionalism. I’m a mother of twins and the skin on my stomach was stretched to capacity since having a c- section and age. I started with a 37 inch waist and now at a 33! I am so excited about the end results! Kristen is very professional, personable, efficient and knowledgeable about all the procedures. All COVID protections are in place and techs are masked and gloved. Overall, it’s been a pleasant experience.

My scheduled appointment didn't go as planned but they were very prompt about getting back with me and scheduling another appointment I look forward to my upcoming treatment.

I had my first session with Maggie. She is awesome. Although the Groupon purchase doesn’t explain it only covers 20 minutes, that’s very misleading but Maggie worked with me so I decided to continue with my sessions and hope to see great results.
So I’m revising my review. After having a 20 minute session with Maggie, I decided I will try the sessions. Maggie explained to me I would need to pay half of the agreed to 12 sessions upfront and then the additional balance would need to be paid in April. Maggie sent me her managers Kristen Fish, PayPal account number and I send the partial payment to Kristen. All of this took place on a Friday after 5 pm, keep in mind I was not given any documents and anything regarding a contract.
I contacted Maggie early Monday morning to explain that I thought about everything over the weekend and that I didn’t really understand or agree with pricing. Maggie stated she would have have her manager to call me immediately and explain; that conversation was also on Monday ( Monday evening and keep in mind I still had not had an appointment for additional sessions).

Since the manger decided not to return my call and I never heard back from Maggie, I requested my money back from Kristen via PayPal on Monday evening and I explained I was within cancellation policy timing; as I still did not have an appointment for my next session. Well, now it’s Wednesday and still have not heard from Kristen and I have nit received my money back.

I feel they are very unprofessional in this matter and I still have not received my refund. I would not recommend the Cary office to anyone.

The Cary location, which this phone number says it has control over is absolute trash. When they went under new management I had someone reach out to get me scheduled. I showed up at the scheduled time and date and no one showed up and no one answered ANY phone calls. Kristin said she’d start working on my refund back on 7/30/21 and I haven’t heard from her since it is 8/18/21. She hasn’t answered any emails or the multiple phone calls to the number she gave me. I would like someone to reach out immediately to get this resolved

I ONLY RECIEVED TWO SERVICES HERE AND THOSE WERE COVERED BY THE GROUPON. However, they convinced me that for the best results I should get an additional amount of services that totaled about $1000. But after those first two sessions, I was never able to book with them again!!! SO I NEVER EVEN RECIEVED WHAT I PAID FOR. The owner reached out to me about a year later saying she would return my money, because I was leaving negative reviews, but she has NOT RESPONDED SINCE. And I have NOT FORGOTTEN. I still want my money back!
