Christina at DailyVita is out here restoring people's faith in humanity, and righting the wrongs of today's online shopping environment one order at a time. I order my vitamins on an autoship basis through their web site, so my vitamins arrive every month on autopilot without me having to even think about it. I recently had an order where an item on my autoship order was not in stock, and Christina personally called me to discuss whether I wanted to substitute it for a larger bottle of the same product. That is great customer service! Most places these days that have online shopping and autoship type of services, would have just sent an automated email informing me that I was out of luck. Not DailyVita, they are an oasis of great customer service in a sea of horrible and impersonal customer service, where an actual person will reach out to you to resolve any issues. To have an actual person reach out with solutions, then follow up in emails to make sure everything worked out as planned, is absolutely wonderful in this day and age of automated and impersonal service. Thank you Christina and the good folks at DailyVita for providing such great customer service and quality vitamins. So long as they are in business and carrying my preferred vitamins, I will be a customer for life. 🫶

1st of all the staff here is OUTSTANDING! I initially called inquiring about a product that has been in high demand online and nearly impossible to find in stores.

They got me set up with an online account and a promo code which saved me 15%! They have a brick-and-mortar location nearby I had no idea existed. I need to get out more apparently...

So knowledgeable and helpful... They educated me on a few products that paired well with my initial inquiry; really care about people's health and education on healthy choices in nutrition. Highly Recommend. 6 Stars!

DailyVita provided quality vitamin supplements and essential oils and a reasonable price. I am sure the delivery would have been faster if we had not had an ice storm which caused no mail to be delvered for 5 or 6 days. As it was it still arrived in about 1 week. Thanks!

What a great supplement shop! The owner happen to be there when I came in and he was very helpful. I will be switching to shop here for now on. They price match from anywhere and they have a frequent shoppers club. They carry a full line of workout supplements too.

This is a different kind of customer service! I have received an email and a phone call due to an out of stock product and all the solutions that they could offer, the out of stock product was actually discontinued so it wasn’t there fault at all.

They helped me come to a conclusion with my order and now it is getting shipped and will be on my door step soon. So grateful I came across this website!

I've ordered ginseng many times from DailyVita. The products' quality is always good, and shipping is always quick. Last time I bought some ginseng as gift for my friend who was going to visit her parents in China. But that time the order didn't shipped on time. When I called their customer service, Ms. Chang was so helpful. She offered to ship my order to China directly without extra charge, which solved the problem perfectly! I'm very happy with their service!

I can't recommend Daily Vita highly enough! Not only do they offer an amazing amount of fantastic products, but their customer service is absolutely the best! I had a problem with skin cremes I had ordered and the issue was addressed and solved immediately!
